Freezing cold here. I am fasting today and am sitting with a fleece round me I might have to go to bed soon

I'm fasting as well and have felt cold all day, but the magic of technology has shown me why. Its bloomin' cold, the thermometer hasn't got above 16c today. Horrid temperatures for June.

Weather was cold and grey today @candicemarie and I spent time outside this evening. Couldn't get warm and then salad for dinner brrrrrrrr

I went to get something nice and warming for lunch today from the mess and there was nothing there. Boo hoo, salad again!

@Debs that's just disappointing.
I had vowed to not eat any of the bread rolls I baked for my parents but gave in to one straight from the oven with lots of butter and a cup of tea. It was so worth it, yum.

Morning! Looks as if it could be another nice day here. I have another day clearing the caravan ready for its service. I don't know how we can accumulate so much in such a compact space in such a short time!

Back to work blues...... grey and miserable here. Consoling myself with a nice cup of black coffee and thinking of the sunshine.

We have sunshine here. I've done the early turn with the puppy. Your post Rawkaren makes me grateful to be retired!

I'm off out into the garden shortly before the sun gets to hot then a very long soak as I'm fasting back2back today yesterday wasn't a good one then we've two days of family stuff and get together's probably carb heavy.

I'm sitting here with my head soaking in coconut oil, another 20 minutes then I'll wash it off. I'm trying to remember to get up every twenty minutes and stand or move around for five, must stop being quite so sedentary!

Good morning all

Cold, windy and grey here in East Kent

I've just had breakfast - unusual for me these days but I had to eat early yesterday (fasting) due to being out in the evening, so it had been about 19 hours. No wonder I was really hungry! Just trying to wind myself up now for a day of housework and errands. Oh joy.

M poor cat is due to have his annual shave today; he gets very matted. With the weather as it is I'm wondering if that's just too cruel That said, he only goes out far enough to do his business these days so he would probably be fine.

Its freezing here in West Kent too, even though we're getting a bit of sun there's a blustery NE wind. This was one of the weeks we had ear-marked for a few days walking the North Norfolk Coast Path, and I'm glad we decided not to.
I'm hoping to get a walk in later but we are waiting for a delivery so confined to the house till it arrives.
