All is well in my little world thank goodness, trying to keep on top of the garden and tackle a few jobs around the house before my brother comes over from WA for an extended stay. Yikes! only 7 weeks tomorrow and still a ton of things on my 'to do' list!

No, he'll be by himself CM. He's here till end of Oct then off to Central America travelling till end of Jan, back here for a week before flying home in Feb. Tried to upload a photo of us but it said the file was invalid!

@minumonline helped me @callyanna by telling me to get an app called Pixlr...its free..you can resize any pics you have..making them smaller seems to help,then you can put them on here XX

Hello, everyone.... where are we all?
Very grey here, unlike yesterday's sun. We have been invited to a bbq on Saturday by one of hub's work colleagues who has refound happiness after divorce. As we are 'at home' this weekend (rather than 'at caravan') we'll go, but we also have a list of jobs as long as my arm to squish into the weekend!

Morning all. Work day for me. It's grey here too. Off to see my mother and also my father in law at the weekend . Not seen either of them since Christmas. Lots to do before I travel again next week.

Just eating lunch on my back doorstep with the sun on my face and a busy morning behind me. Friends arrive tonight and the female half and I are off to Italian cookery school; a birthday present from said friends

My girls think the friends who are in fact favourite godparents, are arriving tomorrow. They will be thrilled in the morning when they find out that Uncle Neil is taking them to school

Curry to prep for tomorrow night, then on Saturday we are out for lunch at our favourite restaurant. Haven't been there since my birthday in Feb and can't wait

Hallo *waves and smiles* my fast day has bust as I got VERY cold watching grandsons sports day and had to retire at the end to a c***a for latte and egg sandwich (oatmeal, seems ok so far). Felt much better afterwards thank goodness. There's always tomorrow for another fast attempt :0)

@carieoates they saw me a few months ago, so no major change. They are both extremely large and I do wish they would tackle it, simply because we do worry that they won't have a long life and we love them to bits so want to keep them!

Hi all! It's grey and cloudy here today in Lincolnshire and I am fasting and freezing! I have just put the heating on for an hour to try and warm up. I should tell myself that the shivering will be burning more calories but I just want to be warm! I suppose that at least I'll be acclimatised for Norway and Iceland next week!

I'm also having problems with my eyes, which are quite sore and stinging, so the alterations to a couple of dresses, which I intended to do this afternoon, are on hold for the moment,

For once, west is best! Sun's out and I have been deshooting and tying in tomatoes, then giving each a long drink.

Yes, the sun finally emerged this afternoon so I've been doing a spot of gardening too!
