@maggiee i don't think you could help all that eating ..obviously it was the steroids.
I guess they' ll be out of yr system in a day or two so why not make yourself a pinky promise you' ll get back on your horse Monday and get back on track xx

@Maggie oh that seems so unfair. I suggest you drink as much water as you can, to flush it out and fill you up. From other peeps posts, you'll lose as quickly as you gained. I've not been ill so far, though see it is something we should prepare for. Hives, is that an allergy?

Oh poor you Maggie, thats just horrible. My dog, Poppy was like that when she went on steroids (although, to be honest, she's not much different off them!) At least you've stopped them now so you can stand to feel full and diss the food that's bean plaguing you. Don't worry too much, I'm sure you'll soon be back on track. Its not a race, don't forget, so don't be hard on yourself and don't get down about it.

I'm off soon to the optician's to see why I can't see Hopefully I can get me a pair of designer specs. What with that and white hair, I'm suddenly becoming quite old looking...doh!

I was watching Top of the Pops last night on BBC 4 it was from 1979. All the girls including the dancers, legs & co looked very curvy. Size zero not invented yet. Happy days, not sure about the music though.

I'm at a market wich, by rights, should be very busy, but it'dead. As a result, I have been forced to eat breakfast from the butty van to alleviate the boredom!

I know how you feel Penny! It's cold , it's wet and it's grey outside and it's MAY! Might have to go out in the car to alleviate the boredom!

It's awful here - poring rain and very cold. I was even a tad bit nervous driving home on the motorway.

Where are you in Sweden, @Wolfie? OH is in the Stockholm archipelago now to prepare our summer house for the summer - hope he took enough warm clothes with him! I can't get hold of him as the phone line seems to be out of action - last year when he went out in May he discovered a tree had fallen on the phone line

Poor @Maggiee, hopefully you'll be able to get back on the wagon soon when the steroids have worn off. As long as you are still exercising that will keep your cheerful endorphins going.
We are in Perth at the moment, and walked 10km today to get to Koko Black afternoon tea. Waiting for the sugar high to wear off now!
