Hmph was expecting them to be about £5.99!
The assistant in Boots said her doc recommended them to her and they really did the trick
What appealed to me is they have a 30 day money back guarantee! :like: and supposedly last a year,so i guess that works out as good value.
i put them in and it was instant relief..so good i decided to ignore the advice to wear them only for an hour and kept them on,upon which they quite quickly became painful,so will follow instructions now and give self time to get used to them!
Will report back as i know a few people here said they are sufferers too x

I got those candy. They're great as can transfer them to different shoes.

I finally got the chunk of yew tree I have been hoarding sliced today. It is going to look utterly fantastic when its worked, sanded and polished. The grain of a yew tree is beautiful. Its a shame its still too wet to work now, give it 2 years and I will have something wonderful to hold. The grain isn't your normal straight grain as this chunk came from the very base of the tree where everything is all twisted and bent. Its going to be a pain to work but when its done. *Rubs hands with glee*.

Just heard there are 7 hikers who have been missing in the bush here since last night. It was a miserable night here, lots of rain, I hope they are ok.

I got up this morning sweltering, its very humid here. So I'm sat in a sleeveless top. Now its chilled right down. The weather really doesn't know what to do here. All the housework is done, everybody is fasting today so no lunch being done either, so i have the whole afternoon in the shed. Oops, not quite, I have a parcel to post sometime today.

The sky is looking threatening, so I better get the washing in. The same washing that was done yesterday, dried yesterday and not brought in by the housework person. I have to stop myself from doing the bits the lad missed as they will just start thinking that Mum will do it all again.
