Yes thank you for the sunshine! Holidays are annoying really aren't they  I've got mine coming up soon and I just know I'll get to that wonderful 10 something that I've bean aiming for, for like EVER and then pile it all back on again. I'm determined to be good and maybe skip breakfast on what should be my fast days...but I know what I'm like when I'm unleashed! Then again, maybe I should just enjoy my holiday and start again when back. I just put weight on so easily...so annoying!

Anyway, glad to have you back amongst us

Hmm childbirth? Think I'll give that a miss...

Ooh @CandiceMarie you are looking beautiful as is @nursebean .

@jools7 I made that JO meal even made up a batch of Harissa. It all took ages. Tastes beautiful but I am now suffering from having wraps. Wheat ... oh damn? What was I thinking?? It was beautiful at the time though

@Sue.Q settle in back home over the weekend and hit the IF Monday. I have been very busy I didn't bother to do any fasting this week. Will get back in track ASAP and joining you when I can but not worried. WOL. Haven't been too awful in my eating patterns so am pretty stable. Luckily :frown:

Hi buddies @Sue.Q @jools7 @daydreamer21 @jo05

I am fasting when I can comfortably fit in a fast day Sue, did Monday just past. It's a WOL now. No significant drops but maintaining in my usual space and get cracking when scales aren't friendly. Have had a few more carbs lately when out and about. Probably EOD would set me shedding but am happy to cruise for now.

Working on ensuring better sleeping patterns reducing stress and finding some interesting new soups as a fluid faster so I won't get bored. Getting up now so will pop on a soup into the slow cooker. Have a good sleep as it is late into the night where you are?

 Thanks @gillymary Night Night just off to bed now
Luckily sleep isn't a problem for me

oh managing sleep & stress are just so important for me, @gillymary! If I sleep well I can conquer the world! I really need to keep myself disciplined about going to bed early enough, and then if I wake up at 3.30 (as I commonly do) I have to really not just pick up my iphone :) But I've also been taking some melatonin since I got back for jetlag some nights when I have probs getting back to sleep, and it seems to help - might be placebo, who knows? Lovely to hear about your soup, it's such a great time of year for it. And glad you are cruising!

@Sue.Q, sounds like you're rockin' - good for you!! Back-to-backs, how was that? I "dips me lid" (take off my hat in Aussie poetical style) to you!! Onward and downward!

I am actually going really well, doing heaps of exercise, and feeling good. Also managing to keep my carbs below 100 g on my replenish days (thanks for the term, Gilly!) - not as low-carb as some, but I'm getting there - since I am still ADFing, I need to really eat nutrient-dense foods on those replenish days, and it seems to be doing the job - it helps me be mindful on eating days, without having to count calories, which I absolutely refuse to do - I have a repertoire of fast-day food that I work my way around according to mood, I have some spares in the freezer to take with me when I need to. So things are really cookin' - I am staring down the barrel of the 100 kg mark (within about 1.7 kg of it), which is slightly daunting actually - I don't remember being less than 100 kg since before I got married in 1988! It's weird, you think I'd be celebrating, but I need time for my brain to catch up with the implications of the number, and for my self-image to catch up! Poor old brain, it's always the last to catch up!

Lovely but slightly busy day here today, lots of teaching pilates (which I love!)

Goodnight, Sue!

hi guys,

hope we are all doing well, unfortunately I'm just finding trying to negotiate the new site too frustrating, the ads are abominable and nothing works! I hope to be back in a week or so when hopefully things will have settled down.

Finally got on board I have had such a big week. Get up and then it has been go go go til I go to bed and drop off instantly

@jools7 am making those JO felafel again they were pretty awesome in wraps. I made a batch of Harissa that is sooooo hot but just right in felafel recipe.

@Sue.Q now your avatar is AWOL. How are you going there?

yay, got on on my macbook pro after about 10 attempts - iphone completely impossible!

Yum for the falafel, @gillymary, I have a studying law-student son at my place for the weekend, so I'll def make them again for a hungry young man - he eats 3 serves normally and I have one, which suits! I use harissa paste from the market, it's pretty hot too.

Hope to get on again soon, but don't hold your breath!
