hey Wolfie!
Loving your name and thought you might like to know that the wolf is revered in Stirling because a wolf howled to warn the inhabitants of an impending Viking invasion, and the town was saved. Even today you can find little wolf icons and statues dotted throughout Stirling and there is are several house/cottage names "Wolf Cottage". etc.
This might be a double edged sword, you are Swedish right?
My name came from being a Geek, loving cats and this is my journey :)
My real given names are Carol Anne but Callyanna was the affectionate pet name my lovely granddad always called me by...so much nicer than the 'Carol the Barrel' I used to get from my  dear brother!
I am apple-shaped, and so looked at a list of apple varieties for a name I liked!
I live by the side of Loch Ness in the Highlands of Scotland. Nuff said.
What a Lovely place to live !
Havent yet visited but my sister has been many times x
Mine is because I have the shortest attention span ever! Ever since I was a child, I used to always daydream out the window. I started using it as an email address when I was 21 and it's always stuck.
I used to keep ducks, when my first ducklings arrived I did not know what sex they were so they were called big Bob, little Bob and special Bob(it had a limp). My daughter had a sign made for the duckhouse Bobs house! Voila!
Just realized I've have no imagination :( couldn't think of anything at the time, so it's justdee. Wish I had a better one now.
Ment to say I do have an inspirational password, so it motivates me every time I log in. :)
Dee
Mine is a childhood nickname that rhymes with my first name!
I still get called Anna-Spanner now by people who have known me a long time, makes me feel young to hear it on here

Some great names and explanations xxx

Hope you dont mind me bumping this but i so enjoyed reading people's explanations..sometimes funny, sometimes clever or imaginative, sometimes touching...soooo interesting that i want to hear more stories please!
TML13 wrote: TML are my initials and 13 is my favourite number because it indicates the footy team that I support in Greece.
People who haven't even met me know me as Thalia13 because in my youth I was kinda famous between the footy goers.

TML my mind is boggling..just why were you so famous amongst the footygoers?! X
Oh thanks for resurrecting this thread CandiceMarie as I've just gone back to your original post to see why you chose your user name and remember that Mike Leigh/Alison Steadman play, Nuts in May, very well. Think she is a great actress, who could ever forget her performance in Abigail's Party?
