Only just seen this thread - if my late-night calculations are correct I have lost just over 17% and am aiming for about 40% (wonder how many more miles to the gallon my car will do then!)

Thanks Julianna. I like this way of tracking progress and achievements. My stats are - lost 14.89% and the goal is 16%.
I will NOT be 15% heavier than I am, ever again. Wow, I have found another positive tool. Thanks!

Percent of body weight lost is definitely the best way to compare progress between people. The scientific evidence is that 5-10% loss will bring clinically significant health benefits.

My stats are a loss of 39.5%. I'm currently halfway between my target weight and the lowest I've ever been since starting fasting (a range of 2.6 kg) . It seems a good place to try to stay. So I reckon to keep under my target I would need to aim not to regain more than 2% of my current weight. Interesting.

I lost 46.73% of my starting weight, lost 43 kgs in 10 months which makes it about 4 kgs a months.

Between February and June it was with a traditional method, steamed vegetables and steamed white meat, and between mid June and December with 4:3.

I'm currently at 22.7%. IF I ever make it to 10 stone which is my fantasy that would be 30%

Wow, I'd forgotten this.
Shall I update it?

From my initial start date in 2011 (pre 5 2), when I weighed in at 213lbs, I am now 142/143lbs. I guess that's around 33% of me gone for good
