Well done Caroline and what the others said. You look fantastic. Thank you so much for all you give to us and being such a great role model. I hope this thread finds it's way to the inspirational stories thread, you certainly deserve it. Welcome to the maintaineers tent
So pleased and proud of you, always on hand with solid believable information, you prove the fasting way of life completely works.
Thank you so much for being AMAZING!!

@Nicky_94 I haven't planned any special celebration for today but I think the Ludlow meet up for next Tuesday might qualify as my celebration!
@clairemarie when I was doing 5:2 (the first 8 months) I fasted all day and just ate dinner. Probably most days I ate dinner a bit earlier than I had the day before so I would say I did 20-22 hour fasts. I never cheated and had lunch but I didn't always stay below 500 cals. Since I have changed to 16:8 I have fasted for 16-20 hours each day. Most days are about 17-18 hours. I hope that answers your question.
@carieoates I can't really believe you are speechless!
@Moogie I don't want you to be jealous...you would easily have beaten me to goal if you hadn't had this awful health set back. Once you have healed you'll be powering along as before.
@Silverdarling well spotted, those are indeed the M&S Lift and sculpt jeans...clearly they are working given everyone's lovely comments!
@Pennyforthem it's a good thing I posted these pics then so you can recognise me on Tuesday!
Now I have to start the even harder part of the journey - keeping the weight off. I think with all of you to keep me in line, it should be possible.
thank you again
to each and every one of you.
