Hey Sue
Try weighing yourself AFTER a fast day. I do my official weigh in after the second fast of the week (friday morning for me) and ignore all other numbers. My weight can fluctuate about 1.5kg during the week but since my official weight is showing a generally downward trend I am happy!
Thanks for this, I have just weighed and am down a couple of pounds on my starting weight. Must persevere!
