I'm in too. Woke up feeling awfully bloated after a day of pasty, pints of ale, white wine, roast beef dinner with yorkies and roast puds and jam roly poly and custard....ekkk, I SO need today's fast!!
Yes, I'm in too. And I agree with fasterstronger that eating solids does trigger the appetite.
I tend to drink an extra mug of tea early morning and then have a late breakfast of coffee and a small bowl of porridge (made with oats and water) at 11am ish and then keep busy until supper at 6.30 ish when I have my calorie allowance.
Good luck everyone!
Hello, just joined the forum today. Starting my 3rd fast day. I've had my instant porridge with skimmed milk (160 cals) plus coffee with milk (20 cals) plan to have an orange for lunch (40 cals) then salmon and roast veg for tea (250 cals) with 30 cals left for 3 x low cal blackcurrent squash with hot water (10 cals each) - sounds a veritable feast doesn't it!
I´m in too. Got a good start after summer holiday. My 40 year party is comming up, hoping to get to the same situation that were before holidays... ;)
Good luck daydreamer x
Still going okay but won't continue the liquid fast today as dinner looks too good. Nearly 6pm here and I have to cook it for my DH for his 600 cal anyway, so today I'll join him but with smaller portions. Lots of vegetables and some tuna.
Great to have the flexibility to decide to eat or not on this WoE, I'll still be under my 500 cal but it will be a treat to eat!

Keep going you guys in the northern hemisphere.....
3:45pm here. Must.stop.thinking.about.food.
Yes I'm fasting today was little bit naughty over the weekend
so welcoming today's fast :clover: Sue. :clover:
I'm in... Just had a red grapefruit (prepared last night) and a delicious black coffee from my coffee machine.

Feeling blue as I jumped on the scales to see what damage the weekend had done..1.4lb up :( Need to get that off and get back to where I was... I find the fluctuations hard to live with but know that if I keep the faith, the trend is downward. My official weekly weigh in is a Thurs..

Onwards and downwards.. Have a good day everyone!
Fast Day 2 for me today. Haven't breakfasted (and ate nothing after 7pm last night) so I'll keep an eye on things. If it gets too much I'll whack a couple of hard-boiled eggs down. Enjoy your fast day!
Realised this evening will be a trial as I have to cook a couple of crustless (low carb) mini quiches for lunch on Tues and Wed. Involves my arch enemy - cheese!
Hi Lady Muck Tried using parmesan? I find a little goes a long way taste/cals wise. I use with roast veg to make a frittata.
Here we go, here we go, here we go!
On it today after a pretty well behaved weekend - gonna try and throw in a gym session too for a double pincer manoeuvre!
