Hi, I've been fasting too today, just had a chicken salad and got a banana for later in the evening, I'm not very good at going to bed hungry!

It is my fifth fast, and the hardest so far. With all the others I felt very energised and literally buzzing but feeling very low today. Oh well, not long to go, will go to bed at ten and tomorrow is another day.....just hope Wednesday isn't so hard. :cry:
Mines in the oven, I'm waiting for the hubs to come home. Baked fish, sweet potato wedges, or lumps and some raw sugar snaps. I don't like them cooked. :confused:
Charlie you can do it - in the morning you will feel much better and proud that you made it!

Just had tea - had a WW chicken & tomato salsa with wedges. was very tasty too and all for 247 calories ...had a low calorie soup around 1pm.... got enough cals over now to have 1/2a special K bicci will give hubby the other half and a cup of Option hit choccie before bed so well pleased how the day had panned out so far :like:
@daydreamer21 thank you lovely! It's the only thing keeping me going! Yay teacher friend! I agree it makes my week faster, but after a 3 hour CPD (that I didn't know about!!) I'm so excited to go home and eat!
After a long, busy day at work (only drinking builders) I'm sitting here on my hands! :like: :like: :like: Waiting for my daughter to arrive back from Winchester after a weekend away. Only two hours to wait (that's 9pm). Trying not to eat my fngers... :bugeyes: :bugeyes: :bugeyes:

When it arrives it's trout, celeriac, broccoli and bed ....

can happily say that i have done so well today, way under my 500 limit and feeling great! Soup was yummy and am now freezing 3 extra portions for future usage! :D :D
Resorted to eating gherkins earlier when I was hungry and now just had a yummy ham and mushroom omelette so should make it through til morning!

I'm new here. Mondays are one of my fasting days, so here I am! It's nice to read everyone's posts and see how far you've all come!

Rainy and nasty here, and it's my run day. . .blech. (I alternate days. Worked out Saturday, run Monday. Rest Tuesday, run Wednesday etc.) At least I won't be hot!

lol, nope was a breeze surprisingly, and best of all, just weighed myself and lost a lb too! :D can't wait for Thursday to do it all again!
I'm fasting today. Only had 80 cals so far and waiting for my fiance to come home so we can have dinner! His train's delayed which means my dinner is delayed too :(

Found today quite tough as my routine was different, and I've eaten like a pig the past week :/ oops! Anyway, back on it today!
I'm in today - going to start my supper now. Chicken and salad. I'm boring - I eat the same menu every fast day :)
Fasting here as well. Woke up with a sore throat and stuffy nose so I'm all about chicken broth and tea today. Lots of veggies too. I plan on salad of kale/spinach/tomatoes/celery and carrots with roasted chicken leftover from last night. A workout is in the plan and then bed! Here in Massachusetts USA, its sunny but chilly!
