Good morning to the Southern Hemisphere - I'm in for a fast today, anyone with me?

Not a well planned day, so unsure what tonight's dinner will be - I'll look to my fellow fasters for inspiration.

Good luck to any newbies starting today and see you in the morning northern hemisphere Monday fasters.

My usual Monday fast. Just got back from my hill running, nice and cool this morning.
I'm just doing a stir fry tonight otter so not much inspiration from me for dinner.
Count me in, well when I get up in the morning. This week I'm checking out RED recipes for a fun valentines dinner I'm cooking for friends this Friday.

I join you today - nothing special for tonights dinner, just green salad and a piece of fish fillet.
I'm in for my first fast in a week - last week was a difficult week in all respects.

Spicy Southwestern Chicken for dinner tonight, with some coleslaw on the side. I have some celery sticks and fruit to munch on during the day. My working day is a lot longer than it used to be (longer commute to the new job) so I do need some snacks it seems. At least until I get into a routine I think!
Hi count me in for fasting today. I usually have a miso soup for tea, quick & easy, it does the trick!
I'm an undecided faster today. Was looking forward to my usual Monday repair day, BUT I may have an important meeting early evening, and I know I'm tetchy at the end of a fast day ...... so the plan is - no food unless I hear that the meeting is on, at which point I transmogrify into a 16:8 !!!
:like: good plan AnnieD!
I'm in. A beautiful COOL day here in Melbourne. I might, might I say, do some housework.
I'll be joining you in the morning- I'm looking forward to my fast after indulging too much this weekend.
I'm fasting today. Leftover quinoa and brown rice salad for dinner. Will add some spinach and small piece of lamb fillet. Miso soup at lunch time if needed.
I'm in too!

Good luck everybody - we can do it xx
