It is for me, yes - and I am usually very warm.

I'm a daily weigher, but only 'counted' weigh-ins after fasting days :)
woop, doing well so far today, breakfast and lunch are down, gonna be a long trek till tea time and chicken and veg soup thou, will not give in though, just thinking of home made bread and pancake making tomorrow to get me through!

I always weigh in on Saturday morning after my last fast of the week that is on Friday. It seems to me that is when my body's fluid level is at its most static & least able to fluctuate.
Sorry for the late posting :smile: my OH & I are fasting today on water & coffee until our supper from the M & S Fuller longer range. Two hours to go until eating :grin:

I weigh daily but my official weigh day for the tracker is the morning after my last fast of the week. So Friday or Saturday morning depending on whether I've done 5.2 or 4.3.
I'm always heavier after the weekend. So no point whatsoever feeling sad after a lovely feasting weekend.
Fasting today - 4th week. I was disappointed last week coz I seemed to have gained back what I had lost in the 1st 2 weeks. But fortunately weight over last 2 days has shown a loss so feeling more encouraged ;-) Specially coz I have been very regular with my exercising ~ 6 hrs this week.

Hoping today goes well..I have my bowl of lentils and veg soup for lunch.

Thank you all for your responses. I think I'll change to a Saturday weigh-in as well. I did weigh myself last Saturday morning and I'd lost 6lbs, whereas by Monday I was down to 3lbs, still good but not quite as much! :)
@danielle21711 Wow, you have done amazingly well hun! Grats to you, keep it up :like: good luck with 4:3, I absolutely love it. It makes me week fly by, and with a Reception class that is exactly what I want lol
I'm in today. I was on holiday last week and didn't fast, the first time since I started on the 25th March, I was vey nervous that I wouldn't manage to get into it but thank goodness I have been O.K. Am planning a chicken salad tonight. :like: :clover:
I'm in, well sort of, I've got norovirus and am feeling pretty rough today.
It's boiled water and rest for me!
I've just finished my evening meal: M&S Count on Us "Four Cheese Ravioli". I just had to share with you all how UTTERLY delish it was...and only 340 calories

Fasting today, and I'm just tucking into M&S salmon, new potatoes and watercress sauce. YUM!

I do feel very guilty about the pre-prepared meals I'm eating these days :oops:
