urgh guys am slipping, i really fancy a slice of bread and butter! been sipping tea and forcing my will power to survive though so hope i don't give in!!
You can do it Dragonsheart, hold on in there & BE STRONG just think you pleased you'll be with yourself tomorrow :like:

Remember - it's only 1 day ;)
I've done it! Nothing except tea and coffee all day then a lamb chop and salad for tea, blackberries and a splotch of cream. I've lost 3-4kgs since Xmas.
Keep it up - I'm fasting today too!
Just starting my day here. I'm in.
I'm in for the usual Monday fast. Just back from the supermarket for the weekly shop. The bread is still warm and smells divine.... Must....stay...strong ....
Off to bed. Good wishes to those still fasting.
I'm fasting today. So far today I've had no food, just a cuip of tea and a cup of coffee. Lunch will be soup (118 cals) and I think probably a plain omelette for dinner with a side salad. I need to check the cals of the omelette.

Getting hungry now!
So far so good. A couple of black coffees this morning then my usual "Whatever veg in the the fridge" soup. It's filling, low calorie and a great way of using up odds and ends that would otherwise be thrown out.
Been a while since I came on this thread to say "Im in today". but here I am. Hope it's going well for everyone :clover: :clover:
Hi @Rawkaren lovely to see you're in!

Bean
Hi folks,
Its my 1st day today. Started it with a run...well, more of a jiggling with some asthmatic hippo breathing thrown in!

The plate of lettuce and watery veg soup really didnt give me the satisfied feeling I was hoping for at lunch.

@minsmum I hear you with the bread in the market torture. I have been putting off my own shop all day for just thst reason!

I am REALLY REALLY cold today. Its actually sunny but I am in the house wearing a coat and under a blanket. Is that a usual side affect? :?:
I'm joining in today, with my first fasting day in several months :) Have my food plan laid out, now I just need to stick with it! Need to get rid of a weight gain bounce (around 2.5lbs), from getting away from IF and becoming sloppy with maintenance, and then I'll be experimenting with 6:1 and Varady's 3/1000 plan.

I'm in the states (MI), so it's a little after 9am here-hoping to make it to 11am before I break my fast with some soup. When I was actively losing weight with ADF, I wasn't exercising, but now I'm doing an at home strength training program and a bit of cardio, so it will be interesting to see how fasting days mesh with exercise :?:
Can I just ask you "old hands" a question please?

When do you do your weigh-in? Mine is a Monday morning before my first fast of the week, but I was a bit disappointed today, and wonder if I should be doing it tomorrow after a fast day? Cheers!
I weigh in after my second fasting day.
