Another fabulous Monday ahead... yes I'm in the change process to a healthier life with you all.
I'm in today.

Haven't been able to get back into 5:2 since I got back from holiday (3weeks ago!).

So fingers crossed for today.
I am fasting today too and I am trying the low carbs, (5.2 makeover, found in Best magazine) so far have had two boiled eggs. Anyone else tried the low carb version and does anyone know where I can find some menu plans/

Not fasting but... attacking, LOL! Still trying to keep it low cal (low fat is for sure) and I need all the strength I can get since it's that time of the month. I'm retaining water like a sponge, if you pinch me with a needle I'll resemble a fountain! :-(

I didn't realise it gave these values! Mine says 1535 for a non fast day and 384-500 for a fast day!

So now I am armed with what I need - thank you!

I'm in, am away next week for my 60th birthday so trying to get ahead this week with an extra fast day. Not confident enough yet to experiment with a single meal, so porridge and blueberries at 11am and then chicken stir fry for tea.
Hi, i'm in today. I did my first ever fast last Thursday. I have eaten and drunk a lot over the weekend (family bbq) so need to get back on track! Only had green tea so far but i've made the roasted garlic soup, it smells great.
I am six hours into my first fast of the week and it's OK I suppose.

Feel very tired after a weekend of drinking and little sleep so hopefully will be able to get an early night.

I have had two cups of coffee with milk this morning to try and wake me up and now its just water and peppermint tea until dinner at 7.30pm.

I am very badly organised though and have no food in the house which means I am going to have to go to the supermarket hungry, anyone else feeling my pain?!

I am considering a 4:3 week, have done one before to get ahead for my holidays at the end of August. I actually don't want to lose the weight too fast but I am scared that when I have two weeks off I will pile on the pounds. Dilemma, dilemma............. :?:

Food is only a day away people :clover:
I'm fasting today too and am really finding today hard. I think it was the overindulgence of the weekend. Feeling good though, just hungry. Shape yogurt for breakfast (77cals) then Asda's shepherds pie for tea (320), 100 to spare for a cup of sweet tea and biscuit after :) Looking forward to that :)

I feel the same. And all I keep thinking about is pasties and scones. So hungry. So far so good though...water only and going to take myself on a walk during my lunch break. I WILL succeed today!
I'm fasting today. Only my second fasting day and not finding it as easy as the first. Trying to save my self for an evening meal instead of eating throughout the day. Will see if I make it! I have only had a 25cal cuppa soup so far and that was just to warm me up!
I'm in. We (other half) and I usually go through the day till evening meal but we have had home made celery soup for lunch today as just too hungry! I've been unwell over a few days so haven't eaten much, hence the hunger. Will carry on though.
MOnday fast day for me too. I have a dentist appt this morning :cry: . Going to keep busy all day and keep my mind of the growling tiger in my tummy. :lol:
