Final hour or so to push and then I can enjoy an omelette and salad for dinner with my family
This weekend was great and involved fried chicken, Cadburys, Chipotle (US) and a few other nice things. Still got my workouts in both days and lost 3.2 lbs this week after stalling last week
First fast of the week (4:3) so I'm hoping that the weekend rolls around soon
Cake left from the weekend calls to me, but I WILL resist. I can eat it tomorrow.

It's going well, but I'm hungry! I also have not been able to concentrate or motivate myself to do any work today.
All in all, I think the vacation, including from fasting, did me good, because I do feel more positive and hopeful about 5:2, and less obsessive than before my break.
