Its ten to four in morning and I still cant sleep so having a quick peek at the forums on my phone by my bed. I've just noticed after 6 weeks I can feel some bones! Tonight I can fee my hip bones for first time in ages.
I'm in! Good luck, Monday fasters!
Hi All!
@ Wineo'clock- What a pain! You need a pharmacist, and to get your DS to take whatever they recommend to hit him with!
My DD does musical theatre- you can guarantee most of the cast get sick just before opening night due to tiredness and stress I find. :frown:
I've been for a swim this morning  then visited my Mother, now having a reviving coffee and cuddling up to my friend the heater!
I'm very excited to be off to Port Douglas for 5 days in 3 weeks- my family, warmth, and swimming, my favourite things.
Must try to lose another kilo for the sake of my cossies !
Fluids only till 6ish for my 400 cals.
Have a good fast everyone.
ooh, @wineoclock, dose him up with regular 4-hourly panadol 1g, it's your best bet I reckon.

@Lizbean, yoghurt, spinach & lentil soup sounds right up my alley, can you please post the recipe when you make it up :)

and @gigi55, no-one except anyone who grew up in Sydney will know what you mean by cossies! Even Melbournians don't know what a cossie is! But I spent the first 26 years of my life in Chatswood, so I do!

I am fasting today and having a really rough time - had a severe bout of anxiety over thinking one of my accountants had lost my irreplaceable paperwork, and I'm only just recovering now. My goodness, I DESPERATELY needed to eat that anxiety away!!!! But I managed with a hard-boiled egg, some spinach and chillis (to warm me up). But it was a VERY close shave. Missed my HIIT because of accountant, grrrrr! Wish me luck for the rest of the day!! I'll need it!

Yes, what I'd call "snowy" (well, it will be up in the mountains) weather today - strong westerlies, and quickly passing heavy showers. Good luck to all chilly Melbournians today and to everyone else too. I'm going to the Gold Coast later in the week, and I intend to swim in that ocean every day even if it's zero degrees! The cold stress will be good for my brown fat!!
Get well soon@wineoclocks DS!
@Julieathome weather here in Merseyside is fab...been gorgeous for the last week or more. Which will probably be "it" for summer but fingers crossed.
Just watching the lovely early morning sky...after a sleepless night...followed by a foodless day
Well done on those hip bones @Pansy! X hope you got back to sleep..i gave up and cleared out a cupboard! X

Darn lost my post. Thanks everyone, have got the good cold and flu tablets and dosed him up. He is now up invading my space watching Top Gear so fingers crossed.
@gigi55 I love Port Douglas and Palm Cove. If you have time the restaurant Tree House at Silky Oaks Lodge is great for lunch.
Hello all,
I'll be in as best I can in the morning. Mom's staying with me this week, so it's a bit tougher to eat this way, she's a breakfast insister & I'm enjoying 16:8 & 2 fasts a week of 500 dinner calories.
@Wineoclock, hope your son recovers quickly; @jools7 good luck with the accountant thing, how stressful!
Happy fasting all.
" breakfast insister" makes me chuckle MaryLynn!@MLCDz! X
Hi all, fasting again as part of my ADF and am coping with a hot Marmite to keep me honest. I want to get through today successfully to prove I cam do it and tame my inner chimp who wants to sabotage me!
I am in! Having breakfast black coffee before heading out to a market and another black coffee with a friend. Have friends parked up in huge camper van on their way back to UK. Lovely to see them but it has been chaotic with their big German Shepherd! Taking them to our vet later for the travel checks before they go back. ( the dog sees the vet ) will call in later.
I'm in. No food until tonight. Got a massively busy day today at school. So it will fly, I'm hoping anyway. Going to take an oxo, just in case.
We are travelling back home from DD today and I hope not to eat until tonight. If not, at least I will manage 16:8.
Yes I'm in today had my pot of tea, it's another nice day for us here in UK, just going to put my washing out in the sunshine then off out for a walk before the sun becomes to hot, good luck to all fasting :clover: :clover: :clover:
@SueQ Which part of the UK are you in?! I am FREEZING in London!

I'm in today - the scales were not kind this morning but weekends are hard - too much time on my hands to think about food. Good luck all anyhow :-)
