Hello. Second-ever fast day for me today. I am going to try and go until dinner before eating today. Last time I had a small breakfast but I think that made things harder.

I'm fasting today i have indigestion and couldn't eat if i wanted to :shock:
I had a few nice comments over the weekend which is a great incentive to do well so onwards and downwards :grin:
I'm in! Been ill all week, and am still ill, but managed to stick to fasts quite easily owing to lack of appetite. However I had a massive sugar binge last night so feel I probably reversed some of the effects of a good week.

Totally fed up with omelettes so need to think of something different to have for my dinner tonight...perhaps soup and a pile of veggies.
I'm in. In fact eating dinner now. Large garden salad, 1 organic beef sausage, 1/2 potato. I regret the potato, I don't usually eat them. I had homemade veggie soup for lunch and small bowl of garden salad for breakfast. Yes, I had salad for breakfast. :dazed: It was that or nothing and I couldn't face nothing. It's damp, cold and raining in Melbourne today/night. Going to bed early to watch Foyle's War and sleep early, I hope.

I'm in and will have only black coffee but if I get too hungry then I will have only eggs, cheese or salad, almost NO carbs though, that bit is non negotiable on Mondays. See you all later

I am fasting today - first time for about a year! Have had a very foody and drinky weekend and have put over 8 pounds on since I last fasted so need to do something! Am going to try to go all day with nothing and then a large salad for dinner but may have to give in to some fruit or a small salad at lunchtime!

Good luck @RachelB1968 you can do it but if I were you I'd give the fruit a miss, just for today, and have some quality protein or fat instead so as to remain in fat burning mode for as long as possible, good luck

Already struggling today :bugeyes:

In a previous life Monday was chippy chips for lunch day, its gonna be a struggle but green tea black coffee and Marmite drinks will see me through. Also expecting delivery of my new FitBit scales today so that will help take my mind off things.
I am soooo tired I want to eat the contents of the fridge and the fridge too. Hubby wasn't too good last night (I am his carer and need to stay up with him, when his pain levels are bad it can be all night), so I only got to bed at 2:30am. Then the neighbors car alarm started going off at 6am when he got up for work and its been going off all morning. Tiredness always induces carb cravings in me.
I have my fingers crossed that I survive today.
Joining you today fasting which is much needed after putting on 3 pounds after recent trips away. At this rate I will never look slimmer in the outfit I have for my sons wedding. :frown: I also still can't track my weight on here that is still waiting to be fixed so all in all I am not at all happy today!
Isis - why can't you track your weight? I think they just made some changes to the tracker!

I'm in for today. I have 2 lbs. to lose to make my Solstice Challenge goal, so I want to really try hard this week! I'm certainly busy enough, since it's the last couple of weeks of school, so hopefully that will help!

Thanks Ballerina, I have just had a small omelette to keep me going! :grin:

I am planning some chicken and salad for dinner later and lots of water to drink!
I'm ion a bit late today as delayed my run because of the rain. I didn't put much on over the weekend but it's TOTM so the cravings are really kicking in.
