Here as usual. Happy fasting everyone!
I'm here, my first fast! I am scared about feeling hungry and wondering if. Should have something for brekky or wait til lunch, have planned to eat 2 poached eggs and some watermelon and strawberries for one meal and quorn bolonaise for the other but is it better to try to go longer before eating today?
Hi Pamelasockgirl. I understand that scared of being hungry feeling. But its not nearly as bad as you would think it is. I used to do 3 small meals, then went to 2 now I wait until my evening meal, I feel and sleep better with a fuller stomach at night. Good luck.
@byoung, yes the Mountains are a lovely place to live. Im on the lower Mountains so not as cold as up the top, it was just so cold at 6.00am but sun is out now. Although Im at work now looking out on a concrete carpark not so scenic from here.
Joining you all in the a.m. Actually, guess I did start already as I didn't snack after dinner tonight. Sometimes it is hard to remember the Monday fast actually starts on Sunday evening. Have a great week everyone!
わたしも! (me too!)

After a reasonably healthy weekend off. I had icecream for the first time of the summer on Sunday, but after scuba diving and before a 10k run, I figure I deserved it!
Happy Anniversary Golarne! :clover: And well done Sallyo for persevering! :clover: Good luck for your blood tests Doodle, looking forward to hearing how you go.

I'm in as usual. Nothing much planned for the day, just trying to stay warm!

Wishing everyone a successful fasting day!
In again. Third day fasting and I've hit the 3pm wall, again. I've tried having breakfast at normal time, waiting till late morning, and skipping it in favour of a bigger dinner. Nothing works to make me feel better mid afternoon though...I'll have to keep experimenting! I'm so grumpy today I feel sorry for my live-in partner.
I'm back again been a good day so far I'm just home definitely glad I made a low cal jelly last night it very welcomed right now just hit the mid arvo slump and at only 15 calories it a great pick me up to get through until main meal tonight. :like:
I'm in (although I'm not sure about this starting on a Sunday bit, mine starts when I go to bed & not before!).

Gonna try a back-to-back this week ad I can only do Monday/Tuesday due to work commitments - but scary, we'll have to see how it goes!
I'm here too, back from my short break up north.
I did an almost fast on Friday, just went a little over the 500 cals whereas I normally keep to 450 now.
I too am at the horror 3-5pm slot, roll on nice vege dinner!
good luck everyone.
Here again as usual for a Monday. Already over 20deg, it's going to be another hot one today.

Nicky_94 it must have been busy in Paris yesterday evening, the finish of the TDF looked amazing.

Good luck everybody.
Morning all :) I am joining you all today. Weather warm here in the highlands so rather unusual! Even the midgies are tired! Had a wonky week last week so hoping to be back on track today! Happy fasting everyone
I'm in, back yesterday after two weeks in sunny Crete of eating (whatever I fancied!) and drinking (far too much) and only 2.5 lbs on. Chuffed! Love this WOL.
I'm here as usual  bbq and beer at the weekend so feeling a bit bloated today. Glad to fast!
I will be joining you today. Good luck everyone x
