Aye no! Hope you're ok, Glenda! Sounds like you needed extra fuel today. Definitely have to listen to your body.
I am in today, did well as kept busy all day. Had a light dinner of vegetables and nut cutlet :)
Am doing 2nd fast on wednesday as leave on thurs for 5 days in new york :/
I def won't be fasting until i get home next tues!!!!
I had my easiest fast day yet, after 4 feed days. No breakfast, a water biscuit and chicken noodle soup for lunch followed by a banana, a weight watchers shepherds pie (211 cals), with cabbage and cauliflower, an apple and a Satsuma. With drinks I worked it out to just under 500 cals. I'm thinking of doing a sort of 1 fast to 4 feed days regularly now:)

I'm fine now, thanks! On Sunday I had had a big lunch at 2pm, and wasn't that hungry in the evening so just had a slice of cake. Then I had nothing to eat all morning yesterday and had a massage at lunchtime and passed out! I think my blood sugar must have been very low thanks to the cake and the long period without eating, plus the toxins released in a massage. :bugeyes:
