Hang in there Baroness...the worst part is behind you.

I'm in for tomorrow as soon as I go to sleep and wake up. I weigh in the morning as well...don't feel like I've lost and sure hope I didn't gain. I did try a new gluten free sugar cookie mix...unfortunately it was pretty darn good, blast!
I'm in today. Yesterday's Mahler rehearsal with the orchestra was 4 hours of "Oh my God!", so very happy to have a more laid back day today. My back hurts from all the standing. I've been out this morning for coffee with a friend and I'm thinking this afternoon may feature a nana nap!
Good luck everyone.
Hope everyone is going OK. I had a very strong wave of hunger about half an hour ago but got rid of it with a herbal tea!
Finding fast days pretty much a breeze now (when I'm at work to take my mind off the majority of it!)

Does anyone know if consecutive days are beneficial? I'm really starting to think my only way of getting the weight off is to start doing them. Say Mon, Tues and Thursday? Does anyone else do this or have any advice?
Lil
I'm in. Not sure how successful I'll be today - I've got a job interview and I've also got a very ill cat to look after. Had an emergency dash to the vet with him on Saturday and he's going back there this morning. Stress! Fingers crossed I can get through all that without resorting to comfort-eating.
I'm in. Coffee at the ready. Good luck with your day Vilkekhaya....
Yep, fasting too today in soggy Tassie having overdone it on peppermint and chocolate brownies in the Qantas lounge yesterday on the way home from Melbourne without my dearly beloved  .

Am just marinating tofu in a Sizchuan sauce for tonight's stirfry and I'm going to test out these strange konjac noodles!
Fasting today, with a couple behind me so feeling confident, just one question, my TDEE is 2860 cals as calculated here in the progress tracker meaning I can have upto 715 cals on a fast day!! ( because I've got so much to lose) nobody else seems to be anywhere near that in discussions, am I doing it right?
Fasting in Hong Kong today. My lunch, an apple, sits awaiting its noble sacrifice.
I'm in. Starting my seventh week of fasting. Up 0,3kg from last week after partying and eating cake, eating out etc. Thursday to Sunday. But this time I know I've over done it, so I need to live a bit healthier this week. :-)
I'm In today. Just up, although been up a couple of times overnight with my 5 year old who has a bad cold :( good luck Baroness on your first day. It does get easier and it does work! Planning a quiet day after last night's disruptions. Hope everyone has had / will have a good day. :)
I'm in today as usual. Stick with it Baroness, it really does get easier. After seven months of doing this it has become a WOL and I enjoy my Monday fast. Would like to enjoy Wednesdays as well but I don't! Good luck.
First Fast after a ten day holiday for me and boy is it needed!!
Have had an amazing trip to Cornwall with pasties, cream teas, local ales and fish and chips. I did notice that comparatively I ate less than I would do normally on holiday but its still going to be a nasty shock when I get on the scales later.
We don't own weighing scales so I have to do it at work. If I could hold off until friday after my two fasts it might not be as bad but I know I will want to see the full horror of my indulgence!!!
Good luck all, I think I am going liquid only this time :clover:

I don't know what others do but on my feed days I eat the no. of calories for my target weight (according to BMR). On fast day, I stick to 500 calories.

I think this is generally frowned upon as it makes your fast longer than 36 hours but perhaps someone more experienced could advise?

I sometimes do two proper fast days on Mon/Weds then on Friday do a mini fast - liquids only from 10pm Thurs night until Fri at about 7pm when I relax and have whatever food and drink I want. It sounds like you are increasing your activity levels too which always helps! Good luck in your quest xxx
Yup me too. Possibly the last before holiday.
