My birthday was Fri too! Happy Birthday to us!

This is my first fast as a 43 year old. This will be the year I get to healthy BMI!
That went better than I expected. I've just had dinner and according to MFP I still have 193 cals to go. I made a big pot of spicy Ratatouille to go with my cold roast chicken breast and Barenaked noodles.
The Ratatouille had Onion, Aubergines, Courgettes and Mushrooms with garlic all cooked with 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, with loads of herbs, some smoked paprika and some tabasco. It is also known as "the big pot of veg that nobody else likes".

Sweet Dreams to the Antipodeans, Good luck to the Americans :clover:

See you all on Thursday
Checking in late as its 5:30pm now.

Had a very indulgent weekend which involved Cadbury Golden Cookie Crunch, Wings and blue cheese and many other naughty things

I lost 2.4 lbs last week which is great! I tend to do better being really good all week and then really relaxing on the weekend

1 fast down, 2 more to go till the weekend
I'm still in, doing much better than last Thursday's fast. Looking forward to some salmon, salad and the garlic/cauliflower soup. Haven't tried the soup yet but today is first day it's been cool enough to make a soup (also the first time I've felt cold on a fast day in months!) I suppose I could put some more clothes on than tank top, shorts and flip-flops but ... it's Southern California and I don't wanna wear more clothes! lol
Finishing up my fast day with a mug of tea. Gained a pound this morning when I weighed, yet my waist went down half inch...go figure! Those sugar cookies this weekend were mighty good but evidently evil. Hoping for a better week with less stress, better eating, and hitting my 10,000 daily step goal.
Kootbear what a gorgeous baby x and well done everyone
