I'm in, 9th fast, just black coffee this morning, drinking water, but will go a have some veg and a slice of turkey for lunch, main meal this evening. Good luck all fasting today.
Well my day is done. Finished with a hot chocolate while watching Come Dine with Me UK. Love that show, especially the announcer.
Me too. My dinner of soba noodles in prawn broth was great. I'm going to put it on the recipe section. Hang in there, Americans and Europeans.
I am surprised to have slipped in a fast mostly liquid today. Ready to crash but feeling as bright as a button.

All the best for fellow fasters today
Time for nigh-nighs. Good luck to those on the other side of the world.
2.30 pm here at the moment and because I had some (cosmetic) laser treatment on my face today I feel too self-conscious to go to the gym to pass the time on a fast day as I usually do. Still, the hours do go. Not enjoying the fact that it's definitely autumn today though. Someone bring back summer! *whimpering slightly* :)
I know what you mean, it seems really cold today compared to the Summer weather we've been enjoying. I'm wearing a jumper today.

I'm finding I'm having more hot drinks as a result too. At least they are all calorie free.
Nearly school pick up time. Had half tin of soup at lunchtime (64 cal) roast chicken in oven for tea.
Cold here too. I like the seasons though.....even the darker nights. Like to cosy in at night. :) soon the trees will be changing too. X
Fasting today! Morning coffee it is and then water until dinner. I will go grocery shopping to get me tons of fresh and delicious veggies and may try a new recipe :bowl:
Hungry! :starving:
I still have to wait for at least 1,5 hours before I allow myself to have dinner. I made the garlic/cauliflowersoup I found on the forum and I am very curious how it tastes...
Yes! Hello Fasting Friends!!!! :)

I'm Fasting today as well, pleased to be in such great company and recovering after a weekend of eating, drinking and being very merry.

Today no food until 7 pm, then a small dinner with my family.

If someone shows up with cakes, I'll take one, wrap it up and save until tomorrow... sometimes that happens! What a difference a day makes. :)
Ooh, feeling it today.

I usually go to the gym on the morning of a fast day, but my kneecap has been sore over the weekend so taking no chances and resting it. As a consequence my stomach seems to be rumbling more than ever!

The weather here is a bit dismal and I'm hoping it's not going to be harder to fast during the cold, dark days of winter

I hope everyone had a good weekend and is holding firm today! Monday's a great day for fasting in my book, feels good after the weekend.
 LOL, my cat just jumped on my lap and this warm, fluffy, heavy thing on my stomach feels sooo nice now! :cat:
I am in today. Cup of rooibos for breakfast, then a coffee and a Nice biscuit at playgroup, a slice of bread, a mouthful of my son's sandwich and a spoonful of greek yoghurt and coulis so far. I just can't be strict with myself today. So I'll definitely go over but probably not by much as I'm just having roasted veg for dinner.
I am finding it hard today after my holiday. I know it's just one day but I feel kinda empty. Please send virtual mental strength and determination my way!! :starving:
