Glad to be back in routine.
I had the tummy rumbles at about 1.30 until something at work caused me lots of stress then, as if by magic I wasn't hungry anymore! All sorted now though so I can relax with a whole 500 calorie dinner!
How many calories in a glass of wine???
Weigh in day for me tomorrow so keeping everything crossed that I see a few pounds less!!
Love the flexibility with saving calories for the evenings lol.
Hope everyone's doing well!
Minum - oh no! But the good thing is, you have a whole 500 calories, which is much easier than trying to cobble together a 250 calorie meal >.<

Would appreciate it if any 5:2 experts could cast an eye over and see if I'm massively underestimating anything.
I don't count calories in drinks but I only have sugar-free squash, fruit/black teas and one can of diet coke.

I will enjoy my mushroom omelette and salad later for sure Hubby is fasting too, he wants a chicken breast with veg. Any fat free ideas on how to prepare said chicken? Suggestions most gratefully received. Good luck all
Probably too late now but I've just had chicken and veg. I bashed the chicken with a rolling pin to flatten then cooked it on a griddle pan. Nice with some roasted courgette and pepper.
