Happy Monday everyone
Good luck to everyone today
Good luck everyone.
Good luck to everyone today!
I was a right pig with my roast dinner last night so am looking forward to today's fast. Unfortunately I've had a few late nights and feel really tired - but no chance of a lie in until work starts at 9 as I've got to wait for a courier and don't know when he'll be here.
Tonight I plan on having a big bowl of salad for about 250 cals and that's it. Last week I tried a total fast but gave in and had a 150 cal salad. Reckon the almost doubled portion will be really filling.
Good luck to all my fellow fasters today!
Don`t have anything planned but will figure something out when dinner time rolls around ( as usual lol).
Hope everyone has a smooth day whilst fasting
I did try to eat better this weekend and hopefully I'll do better this week and see the weight go down again.
Good luck everyone today ...
Had a good weekend of eating and a loss on the scales yesterday so looking forward to today's fast.
Plan is no food until dinner - not sure what dinner will be yet - maybe a tuna salad, see what I fancy later and also depends if OH is in for dinner or not - he isn't fasting and wouldn't be too impressed with salad although is happy with fish/chicken and loads of veg!
Hope everyone has a good day!
Like Moggie I really enjoyed my Sunday roast with all the trimmings without any guilt. Looking forward to having my first fast day of the week today.
Good luck everyone. Putting on my previously snug trousers without a muffin top ( or less of) was all the motivation I needed this morning.
