This is my 3rd week but only my 3rd actual fast day - always do well on a Monday but never quite get through week to do it again on Thursday.
I've eaten about 2000 calories on 'non-fast' days which is over my TDEE of 1700 so I'm lucky that I've still managed to lose 1lb a week. I'm puppy walking for the police so having to walk a german shepherd several times a day, as well as my own dog means I do about 20,000 steps a day and I think this has helped. I'm sure I'd do so much better if I cut the calories down slightly on feast days
