Its week 9 & fast 22 but I'm struggling.Usually fast monday & wednesdays which are work days but this week I'm off on holiday & struggling already.
On fast days I don't eat breakfast,have about 100-150cals for lunch & leave the rest for evening as that's my worst time.Usually don't feel hungry during the day but today I DO
and best of luck to everybody else of course.
Still lagging behind on the weight loss that I hope is coming, but always feels good to fast after an indulgent weekend regardless...

This isn't sustainable. It's best to think of this woe over one week & you are eating less than a 1000 cals a day on average. Either calorie restrict every day or fast and eat enough the other days to give yourself an overall calorie deficit.
