I don't know about you, but getting drunk makes me uber hungry. I wouldn't do it. Have the wine tomorrow.
After the first week, when I had breakfast - 120 cal porridge - I've been quite happy not having anything but black coffee [which is how I like it anyway] and a veg. oxo cube drink, until a light meal at 6-ish in the evening.
Nice to have some support when we're 'all in it together'!

It's my 2nd fast too. Monday I was at home and found it easier than today at work. I think it's because a work day is much longer and I'm used to munching all day at work.

When fasting super hydrated or also when dehydrated your tonsils can start to expel foul-smelling gunk collected in the crypts - I don't know why. If you look at your tonsils and see white spots - gargle with a little hydrogen peroxide to loosen them and make sure you are drinking plenty.
A good fast day - spent the morning in a factory producing garlic bread and muffins (I sell packaging to the food industry!) but wasn't too hard, survived the day on water, black coffee and fruit tea.
It was just me for dinner today so I went for a ready meal option (something I never normally do) had a M+S feel fuller chicken, butternut squash and stilton bake and did some aspargus with it - it was yummy and the bake was only 345 calories!
I have just had a game of badminton for the first time in weeks and really enjoyed it and have now given in to a very small portion of pistachio nuts ! Not ideal but I feel I needed a little something!
Hope everyone has had a good day, have a good Easter and enjoy the eggs! x
