To call it a 'regime', however, is unfair. It is getting easier by the week and am very happy with the start of this lifestyle so far.
On a lazy fast day, I make it a Campbell's Day. I love Pea and Ham soup so a can in the morning and can at night makes for (too much salt but) an easy day with 7 serves of vegetables and some protein and some fibre and no "stoppages" the next day!! and only 600 calories!
