Usual coffee with splash of milk & water throughout the day & a huge salad with a bit of chicken for dinner about 6.30 so that's me sorted.

Had a sneaky extra weigh in this morning and saw....9st 13.8!!!!! That's the first time in about 10 years I've seen my weight begin with a 9! Hubby is also at his lightest weight since his early 20s
Found my Fast day tricky today. I have just started a new job and needed to concentrate super hard this afternoon which I was finding tough. A small apple and a cup of tea around 2.30 got me through and I'm about to tuck in to dinner of 2 poached eggs on soy and linseed toast. I normally avoid bready carbs on fast days but that is what I really fancy and it comes within my 500 calories so what the heck!

This is the first time I've ever done 2 days in a row which I know isn't ideal but its the only way I will fit 2 in this week as I find it too hard to do on my day off (Friday) & the weekend is a definite no-no!
Just lots of water/green tea/earl grey until this evening.

Stopped trying to squeeze in a breakfast as well as lunch & dinner about 3 weeks ago and it's been fine. I have a mug of tea with skimmed milk at 0800, water all morning, then at lunchtime I eat two dark rye Ryvita with a smear of Philli Light and a slice of Pastrami on each and if hungry, or feeling cold, a cup of soup (Ainsley Harriet Italian minestrone or Cockaleekie).
I then walk the dog for 30-45 mins...brrrr! Second mug of tea when I get home, feed dog and back to work. Usually I have a third mug of tea around 6.30pm.
Supper tonight will be earlyish, around 7pm and 140g chicken with cabbage & leek stir fry (using a couple of sprays of oil & water). If spare cals we'll add a few Japanese noodles. More glasses of water or fruit tea and then warm bath cos I start getting restless around 9pm, then bed.

The family want chilli and so that is going to take a bit of careful portion control on my part. Any thoughts for a low cal accompaniment for me would be appreciated
