I have some lamb in the fridge which really should be eaten today, so I'll save calories for dinner with the husband and make something with that.
I'm highly motivated now though, and this website should keep me inspired
So far so good on my usual black cofee & water, and I'm off to a fun & energetic exercise class at the gym at lunchtime (BodyAttack!) - which should keep my mind off food for a couple of hours at least. I've always found vigorous exercise a good appetite suppressant, generally don't feel like eating for at least 1 - 2 hours afterward, even if I was hungry before.
Will be cooking another BBC Good Food recipe tonight (http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2632/sizzling-cod) with a little extra fish and veggies compared with their portion-size, to deliver around 400-500 calories.
I am back to fasting after a tummy bug followed by a lovely, restorative holiday! I hope I've not put back on the small amount of weight I lost so far...I'll leave it a while before weighing.
Delighted to be back anyway, too much of a good thing...
