I'm fasting today as well. Really feeling low and struggling with a day of work ahead doing a job I hate, so not sure I'm in the right frame of mind. We'll see.
I'm in. I like Monday fasts, it starts the week off well.

I have some lamb in the fridge which really should be eaten today, so I'll save calories for dinner with the husband and make something with that.
Im fasting today. Weight stayed the same this week but I had a miserable week last week, feeling bloated and windy all the time. I had sore eyes and tiredness as well so I think it was some kind of virus. Hopefully things will be better this week. Second fast thurs.Roll on dinnertime. Prawn stir fry. Yum.
Monday fasting - my favourite day for it. Sun shining in Scotland, still a bit cold though, great day for a walk! Good luck everyone :clover:
I'm fasting today. It will be my 8th one. I usually eat at about 5/6 but have a bit of a headache today so might need something a little earlier. Hope everyone has an easy fast today :)
Count me in! Monday fasts are always easy, don't know if its some psychological effect after having a lovely week-end of eating what I like & my body enjoying the rest, whatever I like this WOE :grin:
Fast day for me too today, back to work this week after the Easter break and have had a hardcore eating week with meals out, takeaways and alcohol, have still managed to lose a lb this week which is astonishing as I was thinking I'd be lucky to maintain! Did stick to fast days as usual and clearly that has been enough! Happy days and very motivating for today! Week 15 for me! :0)
I'm starting again today. My husband was on school holidays for the last 2 weeks and I've managed to put on 3kg in that time :curse: . I could kick myself for losing the plot. I'm feeling very hungry this morning, especially after the HUGE binge I had yesterday. Anyone would think that I was never going to be allowed wine, cake, crisps and chocolate ever again!

I'm highly motivated now though, and this website should keep me inspired :smile:
Good morning, after a huge amount of chocolate this week-end I'm looking forward to a fast....got a feeling I wont be losing much this month, not to worry got the rest of my life :)
I'm in, love my Monday fasts. I don't seem to have lost weight recently according to the scales, but someone I haven't seen for a while said some very complimentary things this morning so it's not all bad.

I'm in today, and hoping it will be as effortless as my last one (Thurs last week) when I barely even noticed I was fasting!

So far so good on my usual black cofee & water, and I'm off to a fun & energetic exercise class at the gym at lunchtime (BodyAttack!) - which should keep my mind off food for a couple of hours at least. I've always found vigorous exercise a good appetite suppressant, generally don't feel like eating for at least 1 - 2 hours afterward, even if I was hungry before.

Will be cooking another BBC Good Food recipe tonight (http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2632/sizzling-cod) with a little extra fish and veggies compared with their portion-size, to deliver around 400-500 calories.

I am back to fasting after a tummy bug followed by a lovely, restorative holiday! I hope I've not put back on the small amount of weight I lost so far...I'll leave it a while before weighing.
Delighted to be back anyway, too much of a good thing... :smile:
Good Morning :smile: My Monday fast today following a weekend of far too much over-eating. I find Monday & Wednesday fast days do-able, but really need to cut back a bit on eat days! This is a start of a new phase for me - serious commitment from now on! Must lose that small spare tyre before hols in June :wink:
First day today, feels quite hard. Hope this works, have just looked at my summer wardrobe. It's lose a stone or a big outlay on bigger clothes!!!!
