You know what I mean! My graph is normally like /\/\/\/\/\/ but now its just going down and I don't think I've been particularly good!!! :confused:

I'm here too, fast number eleven or thereabouts. Looks like a day for indoor activities - it's chilly and bucketing down outside. I have a photo album to put together and some writing I want to do so that should keep me busy. Enjoying my first coffee of the day and wondering what I should have for dinner, probably sushi as it's the weekly grocery shopping day and they sort of go together.

Welcome to all the newbies, you'll get the hang of it in no time. Remember to drink lots of water to keep hydrated and like Fishbaum said, you just need to make it till tomorrow - you can do it! :like:

Loved your signature link to your external blog. Looks like I'm going to buy some white cabbage today to make pasta!! Great idea - I say that before I've tasted it but it sure looks good.
Fasting on Thursday... Second fast day on diet. I'm having the same thing I had the first fast day.... Steel cut oats with fresh blueberries the first meal and green leaf lettuce with marinated steak for my evening meal. He's to hoping I don't get light-headed again. :confused:
Hi all I am also fasting today and i feel peckish, but i am determined to make it today as i have just gone into double numbers and i feel on top of the world. I can't believe how this woe is working for me. I always thought there was a medical condition why i couldn't lose weight. But it is simply input versus output. Goodluck to fellow fasters today!!
I'm fasting today, my 3rd this week. I normally do Mon/Thurs, but this week I really needed to fast on Sunday (just woke up feeling like my body needed it, after takeaway on Saturday night). Then I did Tues and now Thurs. I'm surprised at how easy I've found only having one day inbetween my fasting days. Don't think I would have liked it when I started, but I must be 2 months into 5:2ing now, and my body has become used to the fasting.

Just went for a 8.5 km bushwalk. It was a straight 2km steep uphill at the end, and it was tough, but I don't think any tougher than if I'd eaten breakfast first, because my (very fit) friend I was with was also finding it tough going! I took an apple with me, but didn't need it, and even now (2pm) only feeling vaguely hungry, so sure I'll make it to dinner no problems.

Still amazed at how the fasting becomes easier, the longer you do it, and I really feel really good for doing it.
Well Fish I am hoping to have a result like yours when I weigh tomorrow cos: Down, Down Pants falling down! :lol: I haven't worn these ones for 6 months and I'll have to put a belt on...and next month put them away...or in the bin!
Way to go guys. Its so neat to have the support and comments of like minded people. I fast on Mondays and Thursdays also. Bit of a struggle today but haven't wavered. Don't usually like sparkling water but might give it a try on Monday. Not long to go now. Chicken Broccoli and Jacket Potato for dinner. Can't wait.
Well, I will be fasting on Thursday, but that is still 15 minutes away.

I'm in! This is my 4th fast day (mon/thurs) I really look forward to the day of rest for my body & mind........ no scratching my head think what shall I cook for tea when I come home from work.

Lots of sparkling water for me today & if necessary an ice pop to crunch on when my work colleagues are eating their lunch - Good luck all
I'm I fasting today, quite jealous of our antipodean friends...they are nearly finished their fasting today and we are just getting started ..well done to you all..I'm not looking forward to today because I've got a rotten cold today, maybe I should try drinking more fluids.
Good morning Thursday fasters, I just counted back and today is Fast number 20 for me. I weighed yesterday (always so tempting after a fast day) and had lost 2lbs, hope it wasn't just a blip.
A big Prawn salad planned for tonight with some veggie soup on standby in case I need something before substantial than fruit tea before that. :clover:
