I will !
3rd attempt to post!

I'm in today : 2nd 36er of the week. Gorgeous sunshine on my commute in.

Ate well yesterday, and wine with dinner. Ready to fast again today. Then when I wake up tomoz, the weekend starts!

Good luck everyone today
So who's liquid/ water fasting today? I had a heavy weekend and over ate on Monday and yesterday - by that i mean quite a lot of carbs and sugar. It might be that I'm becoming acutely aware of eating too much sugar (table sugar as opposed to fruit) and while I really want to cut it down/ out, it seems to be pretty embedded in my diet. I've also had a pretty horrendous week at work. Fasting on Tuesday was still easy though so hopefully today will be too. I'm pretty sure I'll not have lost any weight when I weigh in tomorrow, but this has been an unusually stressful week so I won't let it bother me. Good luck to anyone water fasting today!
I'm in today. I found Tuesday quite difficult after the long weekend, and yesterday I also ate too well!! It's getting back into my routine of Tuesdays and Thursdays liquid fasts and PLANNING what I'm going to do at the next bank holiday (or any holiday for that matter)as it all went a bit pear shaped  on the last one!
Today is a busy day so hopefully I will sail through it all.
Good luck to all 36'ers today
Woohoo! I'm in today. Here we go  I did a normal 500 cal fast on Tuesday but still feel bloated after the foodcentric Bank Holiday weekend so looking forward to giving my digestion a complete break today. Good luck everyone and let's keep checking in. As usual my pinch point is just after I put my daughter to bed at 7.30pm as that's when I'm usually gearing up for the husband to return home and a nice dinner.
I'm in. Running late, so I'll come back later and read what everyone's saying then.
Im in also.
Ate really well yesterday and by well I mean good, not well as in loving myself (did plenty of that over the bank holiday weekend)
So feeling really clear and positive today, expecting an easy ride.
Good luck to all my fellow 36'rs
Will step out of 36er today as it's my birthday - 21 again ( plus 30+ years  ). Will make about 24 hour fast today but that'll be broken with a night out with the girls and a glass or 2 of wine - well what the heck - it's only once a year !!!!!! Back on the straight and narrow next week (may have a bit of making up to do then I think). Good luck to everyone today - see you next week - (new thread again for next week??) :clover:
Happy birthday Suchard. Enjoy your meal but don't come and tell us about it until our 36 hours are up
Happy Birthday Suchard007
Hope you have a wonderful night for your birthday.
There's nothing like a night out with the girls
Happy birthday Souchard,

Hope you and the girls have a great night out, very jealous  :present: :cake: :drink:

Happy Birthday Suchard007 - have a great time tonight
Hello, just checking in. Still going strong. Worked all morning then went to the gym at lunchtime then worked again. Have just picked my daughter up from school and survived snack time. How's everyone doing?
Hanging in. Not feeling great - bit twitchy and freezing hands - don't know if the muscles are fasting related. On my way home, nothing much planned tonight so will go to bed early I think, and look forward to fun tomoz
