Update: just returned from 30 miles in 1h 50m on new bike. Almost perfect conditions. Despite being a fast day I have had 2 squares of 90% chocolate, a banana and a glass of Koko milk as post-exercise recovery fuel. Next meal at 17:00 will be sensible, not restricted. Feeling good!
Exercise still my downfall but today's a new (& beautiful!) day!
We opened a bottle of wine yesterday and I was worried that I would be tempted with left overs today. But it was totally disgusting so no. Might freeze it to use as cooking wine later. Anyone know if when you cook with wine, losing the alcohol, you also lose some calories from it? Probably be disgusting that way too though.

Stangely, I normally don't eat breakfast until about now, and I'm not usually that hungry, but this morning my stomach is growling! I have a banana to have around lunchtime, and then I'm planning on having a tortilla wrap "pizza" for dinner tonight.
