Been for a swim, just managed to get it in before it clouded over.
Last fast I decided to try something different and made some vege soup, only 55 cals per serve, and had some about 2pm.
It really made a difference to how I handled the fast day so will do that again today. I still have 3 more frozen containers!
It's so interesting how everyone's metabolism is different and we all cope with the fasting in our individual way!
