Hi everyone!
Been for a swim, just managed to get it in before it clouded over.
Last fast I decided to try something different and made some vege soup, only 55 cals per serve, and had some about 2pm.
It really made a difference to how I handled the fast day so will do that again today. I still have 3 more frozen containers!
It's so interesting how everyone's metabolism is different and we all cope with the fasting in our individual way!

Yes, I'm fasting today. It is already lunch time at work and I am staying in my office. I'll get a cuppa before I go on playground duty in a minute. Feeling quite hungry. It's hard on work days because I get up earlier and have breakfast earlier, so I get hungry earlier. We're having chicken noodle soup tonight. Home made. I have to buy some snow peas and egg noodles to go in it after work. I wonder how many egg noodles are allowed.
Me too!! Currently having herbal tea all day as I have been unprepared and havent brought my usual soup in for lunch! Looks like I can look forward to a 500 cal dinner! Yay for me!! Today's fast seems quite easy - it's funny how some are a breeze and some are punishing! Hopefully will see a shift in the scales next Monday as I have had a few plateaus and a gain for this week, haven't moved down in about a month - hopefully I can push through the barrier soon :(
I'm there, nearing the last 1/4. I'm starting to feel good, because the day is nearly done.
I'm in today as well. My 6th fasting day and the last two weeks I've lost 2 lbs each week so that's all good.
BUT for some reason I'm really not looking forward to today - had a busy worrying week and want to reward myself with food, something greasy, sugary and calorific! :shock:
Yet I like feeling my stomach's getting flatter and smaller - so I've just got to hang onto that!
Yes, fasting today too. This is my 7th fasting day. My kids went to school and I'm having my first cup of coffee:) Not trying to loose weight so I was happy to notice that my weight was the same as yesterday:) Have a good day everyone!!
Just popping in for a bit of distraction, I'm just home from work after a very stressful day I would love a glass of wine but am resisting so far, need to work out something eles to do :starving:
Yep - I'm in today! Had my black coffee - still feel full after the pizza and mcflurry (don't judge me!) I have to say though I could only manage 2 slices of thin crust pizza (papa johns - was delish!) as I had to leave room for my McFlurry :0)
So far (this is my 5th fast) I have dropped 4lbs (2.5 weeks) so very hopeful that this could be the plan for me.
My fasting day today also! Only my second and suprisingly looking forward to it!
This time i am going to try save my calories till mid evening time as I think this will be the best approach! Busy day ahead in work so hopefully this will keep me occupied.

My 6th fast day today and it went pretty well. Small porridge for breakfast and salad and chicken for tea tonight. Hit the wall a bit late this arvo at work but got thru it with a glass of water. Looking forward to weigh in on Monday. Bring on breakfast tomorrow now!

Another Thursday faster here!!
Morning All,

Embarking upon my 3rd fast day and my first full week of fasting. I haven't eaten since dinner last night and I've been for a swim this morning.

so far I've had a coffee with skimmed milk - I really cannot drink black instant coffee and that's all we have at work.

Normally I have a lunch and then a dinner, but today I might try and make it through until dinner. I have my usual can of soup in case I am climbing the walls by lunchtime!

2nd fast for me today, had everything planned and someone went and ate the last banana!!!!!
Fourth fast day – two weeks in. I didn't feel as superhuman on my Tuesday fast earlier this week, but I had seriously overindulged over a long weekend so I think I had a lot to repair!

Cycled into work, just drinking my second coffee (with milk, I hate black) but feeling a little dizzy. Any advice?

I'm going to try to hold off on my boiled egg breakfast as long as poss, then I have a tuna salad for lunch and salmon and miracle noodles for dinner.

I also have some celery, blueberries and a babybel to snack on, but I'm wondering, as I'm technically still having three meals, and snacks, does it still count as proper fasting? I don't think I could just not eat all day!
