Getting to the end of the fast. I've had an amazing day. I have not felt hungry at all. Very stressful day,m&s expected, which would normally have me stuffing my face (aka comfort eating) but most of the day I didn't even think about food. And when offered choc biscuits at a meeting this evening I thought I can have some of those tomorrow- but experience suggests I probably won't.
Fast number 12 today and back on track after my indulgent weekend. Put on almost 4 kilos from Friday to Monday
But back on last Fridays weight today! I've kept my carbs a bit lower and added a bit more exercise.

The two last weeks I have been crazily hungry - ravenous - but today it feels much easier. Wondering if it has to do with my low-carb day yesterday...I had sashimi for lunch and steamed veggies with meatloaf for dinner.

Have a good day fellow fasters!
Yes Im in today, going to wait until evening meal with just water and then 400 calories, I had to reduce my fast day calories as I have not lost for a few weeks ,also trying to keep within my TDEE for normal eating days
Fasting for me too. I'm glad to say that I'm losing weight again after several weeks staying the same. Sticking with it right through though.
Enjoy your day folks.
I'm fasting today as well- got lots of revision to do and not looking forward to it! But I've done my Shred this morning so that's good. Onwards :)
hi .. am here too, the only thing I struggle with is lunch ideas.. I feel as if a cupasoup is not filling enough but dont really want to eat much more calorie wise untill dinner... any suggestions ?

Miracle Noodles all the way! Make sure you wash them, then dry fry them, add soy sauce, white pepper and a few peas
Well I didn't touch the bottle of wine (happy with myself bout that)

I'm in too today - expect it to be a "normal" day at work: coffee with splash of skim milk, lots of water, maybe a Diet Coke, no food till my M&S ready meal at dinner tonight, followed by my "dessert" of an apple and peanut butter and 48 minutes on the bicycle watching "West Wing". Then I'm done till next Tuesday! Good luck everyone.
