I'm in (tomorrow as in the UK) had my dinner tonight and won't eat again til tomorrow. Had an indulgent weekend so looking forward to it, fast number 13.
I'm in - no fast last week as I was on my Madrid jolly.
It's going to be hard...
I'm in too. I will skip lunch and dinner and have a lean hamburger with a tomato, avocado and onion salad for around 400 calories tonight. Lots of tea, white and green, and gallons of water. Have a good day everyone.
I am in too :).... after a weekend with birthday and house-warming ... pheeeew!
fast number 7 for me, normally be at work however have a really bad head cold and will probably spend the day in bed, not too much of an appetite so hopefully today will be a relatively easy one.
Here I am as usual. Another Monday, another fast. Roll on Tuesday!
Fasting today as well. This is my second week on the diet (3rd fasting day).

Feeling ok. I find the chicken stock cube soup in the mid afternoon gets me through.

Only lost 1kg at my weigh in today but in fairness, I ate a lot of chocolate (given to me on Mothers Day....have instructed husband to stop being my "feeder").
Yes, I'm here too.
One black coffee and two teas plus lots of water so far.
I must admit, just added up and this is my 23rd fast, and most days I still get hungry from 2pm to 6pm. It is always manageable though, and the thought of being able to eat "tomorrow" keeps me going.
I'm not in the "look forward to it" category, but I do enjoy the cleansed feeling at the end of the day.
In today. First fast of the week and the start of my second month on.

For once I was relatively good on the weekend (mainly because I worked Saturday). However, I am expecting t to e a dodgy week coming due to some celebrations on Friday. But it is just another day. Will Mae it up next week.
Hi all, Im in too today.

Fast number 6. I think today may be hard as I am working nights. I ate my last meal at 5pm Sunday and not planning to break my fast until 5am Tuesday. Being up all night makes my hungry!

Good luck all

Gemma x
I am also fasting today.
Only started this WOE last Tuesday. This is my third fast day as i am now planning on having my fast days Monday and Thursady which suits me better.
I have just weighed myself and have lost 2lb in those 6 days. I will weigh in my progress now once a week.
I'm in but am feeling a little unwell so I don't know if I'll stick with it.
I intended to fast today, but since it's Victoria Day (long weekend holiday) here in Canada I won't be able to. Lots of fun with the family and a bbq planned somewhere near the islands today ...so definitely don't wanna give that up.

Wishing u all the best of luck though and ill be back on thursday or maybe sooner.

I'm feeling that way too
Currently I'm in then middle of the dreaded 2pm to 6 pm hunger kicks it up a notch thus i'm here trying to distract myself with a lovely glass of water with a little lemon juice in it.
Me too Tammz and Gigi55: I'm ravenous. It's 4.28 and FREEZING cold. I have changed the dinner plans: not poached eggs on greens but a hearty vegetable soup. I feel really grumpy and I hope OH stays outside for a bit longer and doesn't try to talk to me!
