I'm fasting today! 5th fast day (level pegging with you, GeekyCatsJourney) and I won't be saving all my calories for dinner. I did that on Friday and didn't get much done at all as I just felt odd and so hungry and was just wishing the day away. By the time I came to eat I had my main meal and then realised I was just eating my yogurt & rasps cos I still had calories left when actually it would have been much better to have them at 2-3pm. So that's what I'm doing today. Also going to see how I fare with food shopping on a fast day!
First fast today after 2 weeks holiday - wish me luck! Planning nothing until dinner which will be chicken salad but may have to have something mid afternoon to keep me going we will see! Good luck everyone fasting today.
I'm in today as well. 7th week and 13th fast.
The weekend was full of all kinds of good food and wine - as usual. But I also had a lot of exercise so it feels ok.

Saving my calories for scrambled eggs at 5 pm so I have energy for a 2 hour yoga session this evening.
Fasting after a weeks holiday of eating too much! Planning 4:3 this week to try and counter act some of the damage! Good luck everyone
Good luck all us Monday fasters. Water and non-tea teas for me until 7pm for the 24 hour part, then tin of tuna and salad (no dressing, no salt) and perhaps a small apple. That's it until breakfast tomorrow.
May our scales go down and our happiness increase!
I'm in! 4th fast today. Looking forward to today's fast as have massively over-eaten last weekend!

That's the problem - on my fast days I'm hugely controlled, it's the other 5 days I struggle with. I'm used to monitoring my calories and food intake 24/7, so seem to be going a bit crazy with the idea that I don't have to do that for the majority of the week! Need to get into my head that I still need to exercise control, at least 3 more days the week, and allow the weekend to be the more wild part of the week!
Repair day for me, doing Monday & Wednesday this week as off down south for bank holiday in search of some warmer weather!

Have had a bad few weeks where was craving sugar & chocolate but thank goodness that seems to have passed &the scales are once again showing a downward trend. That was the stage in the past where I would have blown it, but as I don't find the repair days difficult I've kept going, just love this WOL wish I'd come across it years ago!
Fasting for me too and I welcome it after the weekend, Sunday dinners etc. Got lots to do, B&B rooms all to do plus editorial to write for my other business. Outside is calling to me though as suddenly it's warmer and looking like May at last.
My fast day today after a greedy weekend :) just water for me until this evening and I am having salmon with lots of veggies, good luck everyone
Oh my 4th fast day today. Feeling i am getting better at it as I know know i weak points when i may give in. So can make sure I plan around that.
Drinking lots of water is really key. Somebody has brought a home make carrot cake to the office today so that will be a tough one!!

I'm fasting today too. 6th fast and coming to the end of my 3rd week. The temptation to get on the scales every morning has not dissipated. I saw a little weightloss this weekend (lower then I've seen in a long time) so I am very happy.

Planning to do a 10k walk this evening - not sure how it will work out as I wont be eating beforehand.
5th fast today - we have an all day workshop at work which is great as it means I won't be sitting at my desk thinking about food. But bad, because there will be biscuits aplenty - my ultimate downfall!!

Must be strong! :confused:
Good Morning this will be repair day #32, hope everyone has a good day :smile:
I'm in today. First time for a long time I have had a small gain - only 0.2lb so doubtful significance but annoying nevertheless. We had a Eurovision party on Saturday and almost every dish had cream in it so that may explain it :doh:
Ready to get back on track...enough faffing about with the same 3 lbs! :curse:

Off to boot camp in a few minutes and then a good eating day! Fasting till 2PM and then a nice Greek yogurt.

Chicken and asparagus for dinner tonight. It's a plan! :victory:
