Day done and off to bed, managed to resist all food despite trip to McDonald and cake baking! Legs are a bit achey again and I am sitting on the sofa under a blanket with a hot water bottle! Brrrr...looks like might have been only me for a Wednesday liquid fast, good luck all Thursday fasters :0)
Well done for resisting McDonald's, not sure if I could.

I've just had my last meal ready for a Thursday fast tomorrow (uk). It will be my second fast of the week so wonder how it will compare with my first!

Good luck Thursday fasters x
Well impressed mariposa. I'm in again for tomorrow, the last thing I ate tonight was some 85% Green and Blacks at about 8pm.
Iam in again, 2nd of the week. Usally do Mondays/Thursdays but doing Tuesday/Thursday because of the bank holiday.
I don't enjoy having an one day gap between fast days; it means four days without supper
Well I hope tomorrow goes well for everyone

As Pepys would say "And so to bed supperless"
I'm in for the Thursday too. Cold wet day here, so will need to keep moving so I don't get too cold. Just had a nice hot crio bru (cacao beans brewed like coffee but much nicer) and will be drinking warm water and usual green teas.

I had my dinner at 4pm yesterday - think I forgot to eat lunch - so that gives me a couple of extra hours too.
Mariposa I did/am doing a liquid fast today also. Still Wed here in the US. I may do tomorrow as well or move it to Friday. Right now I am ok, definitely hungry but not starved.
Hoefulheart, did you manage to get through to dinner on the 27th?How did you go with trying the liqid fast on Wednesday? And umleila - any good news on your weigh in? :-)
In for my second fast this week. Woke up early thinking why do I wake up so early on a fast day.
Harnessed the energy and made a batch of chutney.
Had my first pot of black tea with a smidge of milk as just now as getting tired of berry herb tea.
Lemon grass from garden in a pot for tea later and big jug lemon water on bench to hydrate
All the best everyone have a pumpkin vine to wrest out of some trees it's gone feral
Katamac shakshouka is such a great dish and what a nice way to break a fast. Think I will prepare the tomato sauce later today ready for the morning break-fast. Thanks for the inspiration
Thanks all, McDonald's wasn't as bad as the thought of going to McDonald's on a fast day sounds if that makes any sense? Brain and tummy knew their was no option to have anything and so it didn't bother me. Treated myself to a small diet coke and that was enough! Good to see someone else fasting Wednesday, did you complete yours? Baby has woken ridiculously early (5.20am) and I'm thinking of my morning cuppa already! My daughter had a sleepover last night and they've both been whispering, told them it was still the middle of the night and think they've both dropped off again but the way this baby is shouting I'm sure he'll wake them again soon! Partner beside me sound asleep! How do they do that? Don't think I'll quite make 36hrs starting the day so early, but it'll be near enough!
Morning all

In again today, it seems to have come round really quickly. Weight loss seems to have stalled again, so I'm feeling on a mission to find every way possible to get it going again. So looking forward to a long walk at lunchtime.

Good luck everyone today - nearly the weekend
I'm in today. I liquid fasted on Tuesday and plan to do the same today. I think liquid fasts are beginning to restart my weight loss. I had a sneaky pop on the scales yesterday so I'm hopeful for tomorrow's weekly weigh in. I'm trying to move more too so here's to a good day everyone. Good luck.
6pm and I'm feeling a bit peckish. But settled in for the evening, rain outside, know I can make I to bedtime now and when I wake up in the morning have some lemon curd toast for breakfast.

First time I've made lemon curd and its delicious. It's one of those things I always look out for at fetes. It was jus so easy to make though, much easier than jam even, so now I just need our lemon tree to fruit more!?

See, here I am talking about food again, sorry to everyone fasting.
Home made lemon curd...delicious! You've inspired me and I've got lots of eggs in the fridge. Now heading out for lemons. Grey and raining here too in England. Anyone seen the sun lately?
Well unfortunately we don't have it in Queensland! Enjoy your lemon curd, sun or rain!
