Hi wildmissus
If you check my tracker I had 15 kg to lose to get into a healthier BMI but I am just preparing to put in my stats and Have been doing fluid fasting for past 6 fasts, the first 5 liquid fasts contained calories around 300 a day in the 36 hours as my TDEE was 400 calories so I thought lowish calorie fluids would get me under rather than small meals. My loss for this month is 3 kg. I also had some rebounding and stalling which is why I went to 36 fluid fasting

I still have a way to go but have to say found my last 36 fluid fast though easy to do has really wacked me so aim next to do a gentler path so I am joining Wendy darling and doing the eating window like ballerina. I will be looking at maintenance after the next 5 kg loss so am preparing for that. Not sorry I tried 36 hr fluids though but upon reflection to do long haul and stick to WOE I prefer/need those 2 low calorie meals, that's unless the window plan gets me to my goal
Wildmissus maybe it's that water thing Caroline posted about where your fat cells full with water before emptying? Since starting liquid fasting I have found my weight loss a bit more consistently dropping, have had less up days overall and this morning had dropped 3lbs from Monday official weigh in, expect that to creep up 1/2lbs over the weekend as normal, but last Mondays weigh in was after a Sunday fast so wasn't a true weight so i didnt log it, any I keep off/lose below that is a bonus! Exercising does always stall progress for me but will make for much better results overall, think I need to lose some more weight before I begin down that path! Neat sounds interesting though, I'm looking into kettle bell training at some point
Woohoo completed another one :) It's the first one of the week here for me although I think I will be changing my fast days around as we head for the UK tomorrow.

Finally off my three week plateau as well and have lost two pounds this week!! I've weighed two days earlier than usual but won't be anywhere near scales for the next few days.

Only four more pounds till Maintenence :D

Good luck to today's fasters x
Here's the new thread for all liquid fasters for the coming week.

Hi all

I am on my second liquid only fast this week - also did last week to get me out of a plateau - it worked! 2lb off last week

Had a rocky start this morning and nearly caved in due to feeling soooo nauseous with hunger. Had the same yesterday morning when trying to skip breakfast - ended up eating half a banana and a few nuts at 10.30!

Anyway the nausea has now passed, but I don't know why I've started getting this after doing 16 successful fasts and three previous liquid only fasts. Any ideas anyone?

Hoping to make it through today...only 4lb left to lose, and i'm so close...!

Hope everyone else liquid fasting today gets on well.

x
Whoops - posted in wrong week!!
