Hi and happy birthday to imcountingufoz and byoung103. I'm on my 17th fast. Lovely autumn morning here in Tasmania. I'm about to have breakfast, porridge and we're having skinny bouillabaiisse for dinner. Then I'm out into the garden.

Yes, signing in.
I've been for my swimming laps, it's cool but sunny in Sydney this morning.
I'm having the kitchen painted on Thursday so I was sorting my recipe books, taking particular note of any with calorie counted recipes.
I'll try some and post any good ones!
Hmmm, must make sure there are leftovers for the family on Thursday so I don't have to try and cook, and I'll have a frozen meal.
Thanks goodness for microwaves!
Have a good day everyone.

I'm fasting Monday, too! Have to start changing things around as I've been doing lots of soups and now it's very, very hot here in New York. I'm thinking a salad for lunch with some tuna, not sure about dinner. In the past, a nice cup of bouillon has really saved me. Not sure how I'll feel about that while sweating! I'll have to find another salty low cal snack!
Good luck to all, and Happy Birthday!

5 AM here in Sweden and I'm up with a cup of black coffee. 30 min of yoga, a shower and then off to work.
Green jasmine tea and miso soup is in my "fast day survival kit"

Dinner will probably be an omelette with lots of veggies.

Have a lovely day dear fasters!

Fasting today here in Australia. Did this for 5 weeks back in November and dropped a stone. Now I'm off on hold in 4 weeks and need to drop half a stone. After a heavy weekend I'm doing Mon/Tue every week (I find it easier to do fasts together) and might do Thurs this week too as a one off to kick start. I also find it easier to save up all my calories for dinner, just bought the recipe book and will try one of those tonight! Tea with skimmed milk and water get me through the day! Any tips for boredom busters at work? Apart from this forum that is!

I'm in today, Just having a cup of Coffee before I leave for work. Possible going to do a 4:3 this week(Mon, Wed & Fri) as I had a very social weekend starting on last Thursday night and I am feeling a bit heavier than a normal Monday.

Have a great day everyone, the Sun is shining here in Lincolnshire hope it is everywhere else.

36 hour liquids fasting today. It's 3 o'clock already but I slept in until nearly midday so I haven't been up long. Tonight I'll be staying up very late (maybe all night?) to do assignments so I'm planning on having quite a few cups of green tea and stock cube broth to make it through until lunch time tomorrow.

I'm fasting too, lost count of how many I've done now though. The last few fasts have been easy until I get to the evening, and then after eating I'm wired and can't sleep. We"ll see ow today's fat goes, must admit I ate so much yesterday that a fast is jut what I need. Good luck fellow fasters.

Good morning all. I'm in today, and I really need it! After half term, despite doing Monday, Wednesday and Friday as usual, I ate more on the other days and the scales show an increase :( Must sort it out this week.

Morning! I'm in for today and I'm raring to go! First fast of the week :D I had 2 picnics this weekend and a BBQ, I don't think I overindulged calorie wise but I ate so much that I felt very bloaty :S My appetite seems to have shrunk hugely so I actually ate very little, lol. Also stuck to water all weekend instead of being tempted by all the fizzy drinks around :D I did have a tiny bowl of ice cream last night though!
