I've been over eating on feed days & was considering trying something different BUT it's me that's been sabotaging me NOT 5:2. Feeling more positive, know what I'm doing and what I have to do together there.
Planning on being more focused and no sugar during the week & more relaxed (within reason!) at the weekends. Got my mojo back!
