I have gone without breakfast for the first time, I have miso soup and an apple for lunch. There are grumblings coming from my stomach but hopefully, once I'm busy I'll not notice it!
I have fruit for lunch and salad for tea and lots of coffee and fruit tea inbetween and a 40 minute gym session afterwards to kick start the process.
Not feeling anxious anymore thanks to this blog and all my family and friends who are supporting me!
16 weeks for 16lbs...lets go!!!
Mind you, won't be as low cal as usual because we're out to a beach BBQ later... Still, I normally save most of my cals for my evening meal anyway, so I'm not going to stress about it, tho I'll avoid alcohol.

I can also feel a cold coming on, I've had a sore throat and a bunged up nose over the weekend. Is fasting recommended or best avoided when you're feeling a bit under the weather? Today is supposed to be a fast day for me.
So 2 or maybe 3 fast days this week will soon sort out last week.

You can eat it TOMORROW!
