Fast 11 for me, I started 5 weeks ago today. For those a bit despondent, I didn't really see any weight loss for the first 2 weeks (we don't have digital scales), but since then it's been going down nicely.
5lbs down; I'm not very overweight so didn't expect a quick result. O/h started one fast later and is 11lbs down

Just had a really nice late lunch (I just wait as long as I can before eating, sometimes that's 10am, sometimes 2pm, and have a small meal then dinner).
I stuffed a great big scooped-out tomato with a mixture of cottage cheese, tuna, celery and chopped watercress - really tasty and a lot of food for 119 cals
Dinner is going to be chicken breasts somehow, probably griddled, with roast or griddled veg (aubergine, courgette, red onion, maybe asparagus). If any cals to spare will crumble some feta on top.
Good luck everyone and well done AM73

I am struggling today! I've got about 300 calories left. I'm really hungry.

Don't know whether to eat now, or wait for OH to come home.

Hang on in there Emily! Do something to keep busy.... Housework is always a good one I find, or a puzzle book with a cup of tea works wonders for me! You can do it :D X

Am I allowed some cake?! I have been fasting since 2.30pm yesterday, it's now 7pm. So am I allowed to eat now or not? I usually just do a normal day but ate a big lunch yesterday and felt the need to fast it away!

I'm in today. Weigh in on Sunday was disappointing the punds just aren't shifting for me but I have lost one whole inch off my waist so I'm going to keep on keeping on :)

Had 150g grapes and a satsuma at work today which I was impressed with as it's the first day back after a week off,I wasn't sure if I'd manage it today. Looking forward to my pork escalopes and salad in a few minutes with a mini twister ice lolly for dessert

I really enjoy Monday fasts now, I find Thursdays much harder.

Hi, fell off the 5:2 wagon a while ago but I'm not quitting. I'll just keep getting back on over and over till I can stay on!
Planning to fast today (Monday), and not eat till lunch Tuesday (except for a little cream in morning coffee).
Best wishes from sunny Arizona (it was 103F/39.4C yesterday!!)

Just like to let everyone know what a great day I'm having. It is nearly bedtime and no binge eating tonight for first time since starting this WOL, been out for the day and not been forced or wanted to eat any think other than a cup of coffee about 2pm Had dinner at 7.30 and just about to make a WW hot chocolate before bed.

Keep at it everybody this Way of life seems to get easier every Fast Day.

It's fast day #7 for me and so far so good. Only a couple more hours until dinner time (I'm in the US). After that it's smooth sailing with just a cup of coffee before bed.

Thanks! However I've decided to fight it, have an early night and eat my cake tomorrow! ... Possibly for breakfast if the desire is still this strong!

Sorry I'm so late, I'm in today. Green tea all day, had salad with some leftover chicken from yesterday tonight. Will have a cup of chai in a minute and then a 40 calorie hot chocolate tonight before bed. Was thinking of you all today. Those pesky 2lb? They're only flipping back!! I am determined they are going to go for good soon. Official weigh in tomorrow.
