Just got back from a walk/run-training for my first 5K and I'm up to walking briskly for a little over a half a mile, and then running back without stopping. Just started running a couple weeks ago and I'm very pleased with how far I've come so far! Hoping to be able to run almost a mile without stopping by next week
I haven't really thought about food for today-we're going to the zoo this morning and then errands this afternoon, so I won't be home a lot. I'll probably have a couple hard boiled eggs, a salad and then some diet hot cocoa throughout the day? Though I do have some salmon I need to use up, so maybe I'll do 4 ounces of that (110 calories), for 'supper'.
