I am We're having dinner out with friends on V day so Wednesday seemed a better idea than trying to do a Friday night I may do a half fast on Friday depending on how stuffed I am from dinner (gong without eating until dinnertime).
I'm in a bit of a dilemma as I usually weigh on a Friday morning, after my 2nd fast - it gives me the most encouraging results Obviously after a big Valentine's dinner is probably not a good time to weigh in so I'm wondering about doing Thursday morning as it's the day after my 2nd fast. I guess I could do Thursday and Saturday weigh ins and average them out maybe. I've got the same problem in a couple of weeks with a friends birthday meal on the Thursday so I'd be fasting on the Wednesday.

I'm fasting today. Started last week, so it's my third fast day. Not too bad so far, looking forward to meal tonight. I don't usually drink a lot of water, it's usually herb teas (I hope tey are alright on ths plan), so that's something I have to learn. Haven't weighed since I started; I'm a bit apprehensive! I plan to weigh at the end of this week i.e. after four fast days. I hope it works for me.
So far have resisted the urge to weigh and will wait till Thursday
Going to have a cupasoup for dinner, about 70 cals then pork with veg for tea.
Looking forward to tomorrow and being able to eat pancakes

Not doing anything for valentines day (our wedding anniversary is at the start of February so we do a romantic dinner then!) but Friday me and a few friends are going to a spa for the afternoon and they lay on tea and cake, which of COURSE I'll be indulging in, totally guilt-free!
Hubby was chuffed last night - we saw some friends we've not seen in about a month and they were saying how much weight he'd lost and how good he looked. I was all layered up with warm clothes so it probably wasn't so evident with me
I am fasting today. My third fast and so far feeling really good. Had a paoched medium sized egg and slice of toast so far. Will probably have either a low cal soup (50 cal) or a 40 cal hot chocolate then larger bowl of soup followed by fruit for dinner. Also looking forward to pancake day
Fasting on coffee and zero sugar energy drink until evening meal, but as I am travelling from Staines to Yorkshire at around 4pm it'll be a supper! Light Lasagne (hopefully without horse) with veg for me..
