So far, have had the smoked salmon breakfast, and have the red lentil veg soup simmering away for dinner.
So cold today, don't feel like a walk, but will do an hour's Pilates tomorrow before having to shop.
Feeling motivated, a bit hungry, but determined
3rd fatsing day for me. Trying Monday/Wednesday combo this week as those are the two days I go to the gym during my lunch break !
Just had tea so far and I do not feel really hungry so I guess I will wait for tonight to get my 500 calories
I have a bad habit to weigh myself every day... I know it's not the best way to go, especially when on the 5:2 diet, but I just can't help it. Sometimes it's good news, sometimes it's not (this morning for instance was not) but if I smooth my weigh over 3 days (I average my weight between the day before, the day considered and the day after) I can really see it decreasing even if I have only been on this diet for a week ! So I guess that's the most important !

9 a.m. Quest protein bar & coffee (200 cal. 20g.pro.)
1 p.m. Whey protein shake (150 cal. 20g. pro.)
5 p.m. Whey protein shake (150 cal. 20g. pro.)
Boring fast days work best for me.
