Re: Bean & Oates - Mad Eaters!

Good day to you my buddy. I'm fine, been a bit busy.
My fasting has been going well especially as I've been low carbing as well. So I abve lost 2lb in two weeks happy with that. But usually 2lb a week whilst low carbing. Obvs my body is being a bit stubborn.
Going out with some friends form. My exercise classes tomorrow. Will be wearing my new M & S sculpt and lift skinny jeans and ankle boots with halter neck top. If we end up going clubbing my feet will suffer but I need to break them in anyway.
You have been busy aswell haven't you.?
What's the plan for next week ? Fasting wise. Or are you still floundering.

Shake a tail feather? Now where's that from? Its on the tip of my tongue...

Glad to hear you're doing so well oatsey. I guess I don't really try cutting out carbs that much. Having said that, I have just started to avoid toast in the morning (or any breakfast for that matter) but it sounds as though you have caught all the "naughty" foods out of your diet altogether.

By the way...did I tell you I've given up wine?

Ive been watching Cilla, wow, I didn't realise just how much time she spent with the Beatles. And I'm really enjoying It too. My mate wanted to go clubbing in cambridge, to and I quote "bag herself a footballer" there's a biggish game on and she supports cambridge United. Anyhow, us married with kids have changed these plans to a meal out in newmarket. I said she can "bag herself a jockey" she's tall and very slim. Would look like her teenage son. Or my teenege son for that matter.

Oh I didn't watch that Cilla thing. Sounds as though it was good. Have you bean clubbing yet Oatesy?

Don't know about you guys but its a bit of a drizzly, grey old morning here. Last night I took the girls for a walk over the golf course. I time it so that its just getting dark (and hopefully the golfers will have gone). However, last night there was an eery mist over the course. I felt quite uneasy walking through it. Mind you, I couldn't believe it when I spotted some golfers! Are they crazy?! I could barely see 20 feet in front and here they were hitting golf balls...white golf balls! Anyway, it was good exercise because I managed to walk faster than I have done in quite some time

Honestly, its Saturday and here I am...Fasting! Am I crazy or what?!! Tonight, though, I have got a delicious (or so I hope) salmon, mash, peas and watercress sauce meal from M&S. Aren't I a lucky Bean!!

Didn't sell anything yesterday. Thats the first time thats happened. I have sold something this morning but its not going to pay the bills!

Anyway, just wanted to pop in and wish you a happy Saturday

Bean

Fasting on a Saturday, wow good luck with that. Looks like the old ADF bean is back. I'm off to wildwood tonight steak, burgers, pizza and pasta. Plus I'm not driving so a few wines aswell. At last I've warmed up was frozen earlier. Have now dropped daughter off to her friends house for sleepover and a party. She's got sparkly nails (paid for by herself) and a lovely outfit of black and white dogtooth skort and a sleeveless white with black collar shirt. I hope her legs don't get too cold.
Hubs is a golfer, it's changed his life for the better, but it's nearly time to stop for winter. Then we may get a few jobs done around the house together.
Ooh he's home alone tonight.

I get the feeling that if hubs is a keen golfer...he won't be put off by the winter! At least that's what I saw last night. Desperate golfers determined to carry on despite being blinded by mist! :dazed:

I'm busy putting on new characters in my little shop. Its so time consuming. I have to try and find how who the bongos the characters are...and then add my witticisms (if you can call them that) and add photos (which I have to edit) Man Alive I'm a busy Bean!

Oh Oatesy how could you mention steak, burgers, pizza...I'm here suffering. Thinking of my salmon which keeps calling out to me from the fridge. I shall be so disappointed if it doesn't taste good. :dazed:

Enjoy yourself tonight!

Bean

I've been watching "Cilla" - partly cause my Dad has always liked her and I grew up with her as a TV host rather than a singer so thought it would be interesting to see her life story. We went to the new Cavern earlier this year and are going back again next month. It's so hot down there! Liverpool is well worth a trip if you are interested in the Beatles/60s music scene - lots of museums etc and a really nice friendly atmosphere we've found.
