Well done with the fast bean. Bet you feel amazing. I'm off to class later, then may try and start my painting job.
Love that empty peaceful stomach the morning after. Almost feel like I could do it all over again. Having never done or even attempted a back to back I wonder if I could do it.
Scrambled eggs, that's a great brekkie.
Shame about Robin Williams.

Its amazing how good I felt this morning (almost like I'd shed a few layers!) I felt even more smug when I didn't succumb to having toast with my scrambled egg. Its actually quite amazing how you don't feel that hungry after a fast day. D'you find that? Like you say, I wonder how easy it is to do a back to back...hmmm

Anyway, I AM having sausages for lunch which probably isn't that healthy but I will try not to snack afterwards and will try to cut out puddings (although the latter is going to be a bit difficult!)

What's on Oatsey's agenda today then? More activity. How was class last night? What was it, Zumba?

...and where is Candy? No sign of her yet this morning. Hope the fast wasn't too much. I await to hear the results

Yay for you, well done on the toast. I will be having some kind of egg based meal at lunch time. Sausages are ok, what you're having with them may not be though!!!
I only go to jazzercise classes, and after seeing the prancercise this morning I feel happy that my classes are well choreographed and tone my up a good un.
If we don't eat till lunch we are doing mini fasts aren't we. So fingers crossed for a successful 4.3 week for us then!
Yes how is candy. .?

I must say I've bean toying with the idea of doing the cabbage soup diet before my sister comes over in September...but I think fasting is a lot easier!

D'you think I should do 4:3 instead of ADF for a bit? I guess the results are the same for either way aren't they?

Well done us,beany! We are now back on track! YAY!
I am soon to break my fast with yummy scrambled eggs too! X
Carie i reckon you could do a back to back,i always think you're pretty disciplined...i know i cdnt just yet..just back to basics for me for now ..doing 5:2 twice and keeping within TDEE for five days will be more than enough for me this week X

Yes I agree with you Candy, Oatesy is VERY disciplined...why she certainly helps to keep me going.

Well done on your fast Candy...hope those scrambled eggs were delish

Think I'm going to try 4:3 this week and fast Wed and Fri (then have the weekend off). I've not tried it this way before and wonder if I'll get the same results I got doing ADF. Only time will tell...

I've had scrambled eggs, (one from right under my hen this morning) a cookie and some almonds. Was chatting with debs on hangs and I decided to go for a good old fashioned 4.3 as driving Oop North Friday so fasting will me be easier. Popping out in a while (when washing machine has finished) so painting still not started.
Am plotting and planning a few days in London for bank hol week with daughter and hubs with a stop over in Central London. Going to London zoo, tower and the shard. Using clubcard vouchers for two, as flippin expensive. Can't wait to go up shard. Might have dinner there too.

It seems scrambled eggs are very popular this morning doesn't it!

Wow Oatsey! I can't keep up with you. Such excitements lined up. I wonder what it'll be like up the shard? Pretty impressive I should think. Will you catch a show while you're there as well?

Are you in today Bean and candy.
I need to repair what I did last night. Walked 9 holes with the hubs last night, it was beautiful, but afterwards I drank some red wine, felt like I was on me holidays.
Anyways, I'm not eating til tonight, going to class at 7 so will eat about 5.30. Not sure what yet, maybe baked aubergine with Yamato and cheese thingy. And some prawns.
Is Marks and Spencer looking after you again tonight?
The paint brushes are out today.

Good morning Oatsey and Candy!! Glad to hear you're fasting again my little buddy! I am indeed joining you today. I'm not going to eat until about 6 tonight when, yes, M&S will step in and provide me with a Yorkshire pudding filled with steak and veg (sounds yummy doesn't it). 213 calories per half pack. Might share it, might not

Bet it was lovely walking around a golf course wasn't it. At least I assume it was a golf course and not a rabbit warren

Is it another Jazzercise class you have tonight?

Good luck with the painting

Bean :starving:
