I know, or I think I know, that the results were to be published on the anniversary of setting up the forum and that is the 11th of Jan but no new nomination threads have appeared and no voting threads have been posted that I can see. Perhaps Moogie is hoping it will just fade away. The rain is really coming down now and vying with the aircraft for noise. Might try and get some sleep now so, night night everyone and thank you all for your company, see you all, back here tomorrow, actually, later today!

Hi I'm here, didn't wake till 05:50, tried listening to the radio for a while but ended up in here. Have enjoyed reading all your posts, thanks to debs and gillymary for keeping the non sleepers entertained overnight.
I didn't understand the awards voting system, something closed yesterday, I thought it was the voting and I had missed it, but maybe not then, that's good. Am still in bed now with my iPad on dim. Might get a cup of herbal tea and see if I can find that C5 tv programme that everyone was going on about.

My personal take on 5:2 is;
Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays 5:2 36 hours
Green tea all day then less than 500 calories in one meal in the evening.
16:8 all the other days, wey-hey at weekends and daily weighing
It worked for me sloooowly

Oo yes. Fortnums. Not the ice cream parlour but the deli in the basement .......... I think I would do the RA before though, so I can linger in Fortnums. Thanks for the prompt
